Went in to Dickeys for lunch today and had an amazing experience! Karen, the GM, was extremely helpful, kind, and very personable. The rest of the staff were just as pleasant, service with a smile. The food was just as good as the service, meat was extremely tender and flavorful and complimented by the delicious sides! Will definitely be back for the whole experience.

Carrey and Val were absolute angels. Not only did the food come super quick but also it was prepared to perfection. Very nice throughout my entire time in the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back to see them soon!

I fully made this account just to post this review which is disappointing. I usually have grace for issues but in this case I paid $40 for some of the worst food I have eaten (looked at) in my life. I ordered 1/2 lb of brisket which ended up being 100% fat. Less than 1 piece to eat. I'm not sure who they think they are serving and I get brisket always has fat - but truly all pieces were fat. The brisket chili cheese fries arrived as beans on soggy fries with a sprinkle of brisket, no cheese no meat. The pie was fine but undercooked. I do not recommend this place. If all you have left is fat stop serving. Beyond disappointed.

Ribs were super dry!!! So disappointing! Also the Mac and cheese was tasteless and I was given no silverware nor napkins in a to go bag.. and I was literally on my lunch break. I went n parked somewhere cozy to eat and to my surprise I had to come back to work to get all that I needed: did I mention the ribs were cold!!

Ribs and the sauces were good. Sides a bit sparse. Staff was friendly. Although this Dickey's has a small seating area-I won't be dining in here again. It seemed more like a pick-up place than dining in.

Overpriced for “chain” style bbq. I ordered 1lb of brisket and it was all fat and a large side of Mac n cheese my total was $38. When I called to let them know I was barely able to make 3 small sandwiches they told me the brisket was sent like that in an attempt to give the customer more fat and less meat. They offered to give me a half a pound. When I went back to get it the lady working seemed like I was inconveniencing her when I told her how my original order came. I asked for lean and was told they don’t have it but she would cut the fat, she also explained how that was now WASTING her brisket. A good quality brisket does have fat however it shouldn’t contain that much to where over 60% is fat. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning. I’ll go to a competitor instead

we ordered their food through a food delivery service which was brought in a timely fashion. The barbecue was dry beyond belief, the beans were over cooked/dry and looked like raisins, the green beans were over cooked and mushy, the Mac/cheese was over cooked mush (see pictures). We called to talk to the manager and she told us that nobody else complained about it and to pretty much deal with it.
