My bun was burnt. The chop on the brisket was large so biting into the sandwich was a challenge and it wasn't very tender. The fries were soggy and way too salty. The beans were good but the disappointment and the price that was paid and the quality of food wasn't the best.

This location in Scottsdale is not bad. I wanted to give it a high score, but the food per price ratio is kind of off. Very small portions for a high price. Customer service was good and the atmosphere was good as well. Location appeared clean and organized. I do not mind paying more for food, but give me a better portion.

so me and my friends came here tonight. and first off the the guy working tonight was cool he was actually working. the girl that was here she was just sitting there on her phone doing NOTHING. my friend orders boneless wings but got bone in wings. so we didn’t do nothing and after a few wings she saw feathers on her wing. so i took the wing and brought it to them and they offered me something else but i just asked for a refund and the girl that was working, idk if she’s the manager or not but she told me “i don’t know how to give u a refund” so i just got my friend a sandwich. Do Not Recommend coming here!

This is my normal lunch spot near work. I get takeout to go at least once a week. Brisket sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. It's always so good.

Went for a late lunch before seeing a movie and was truly disappointed. The prices were decent for the portions on my meat plate but it was cold. Ribs were boring although the jalapeño sausage was good. Also our $11 (not joking) baked potato was cold. Asked for it to be heated up. 5 minutes later it was still cold. They put it in the microwave (not a problem- it's a potato) but it came back and the cheese wasn't even melted. We will never return.

Great chopped beef sandwiches, potato salad and cole slaw also on the money. Grew up around the original Dickey’s and this place has it down. Hard to find good barbecue in the west. We’ll be back for sure. Check it out.
If you want tender, juicy ribs with a minimum of rub. Dickeys is the place. Quick delivery, bbq sauce included. You will need it.

Went there at 11:45am on a Friday and the two girls working said that they had a huge catering order and told us and several other customers we could not help helped nor take our orders for at least 30 mins. Everyone left. The girl was extremely rude. She had piercings all over her face. Not sure if management knew the situation. I had been there multiple times before, usually have excellent experience, but this time was very disappointed.

Adam is such an amazing person!! I've been here here a few times, and thankfully, Adam has been there the last 2. He goes above and beyond for his customers.
