Tried the new churro one and I can only taste ice. It barely has any milk and i saw the staff add ice twice to make this eventually the ice was too much for the blendet. It also took the staff more than 10 minutes to make. I was really disappointed and this drink is absolutely not worthy the 8+ price tag. Also there are way too much bugs flying in the sitting area.

Was having a long day and ordered my Aftershock at the walkup window. I was going to use the app and Reiny the barista said the scanner was down. I told her I could go back to the car to get my wallet and she said "I got this." SO ??? MY DUTCH BROS. Not corporate but HUMAN and every one I go to knows what genuine customer service truly is.

I explicitly asked and confirmed, repeating back that my drink was to be extra sweet. Electric Berry blended Rebbull. You guys were not busy. I don't know wether it was your incompetence or just laziness. The fact that there were so many of you staffed, not busy with customers or cleaning and yet still screwed it up. It annoys me having to drive back to get you to fix a simple mistake that could of been avoided.

I can't ever leave AZ without coming here. The staff is pleasant and the coffee is amazing. So much variety. I really wish they would come to Florida They have boba bubbles now and I'm obsessed. I got the annihilator with the honey boba balls. Sooooo good!

As an ex-Dutch employee, nothing ruins my day more than a bad employee. I love going to Dutch for the coffee but also for the conversation and friendliness, which i especially needed on today's hard day. When I pulled up, the girl taking orders walked up with a frown and asked what i wanted. She didn't read my order back, ask about my day, anything! And yet the second sentence in the interaction was "if you want to leave a tip..." WHAT? For what, being mean to me? this is the third time this location has been like this. I like that it's fast but they are grumpy and it rubs off on customers :(
This is just a drive through with only outdoor seating. Coffee was great as usual.

I only rated this location this way, because I was only a couple of cars back in the drive-through, but set prior to getting my coffee for 20 minutes. I also ordered a hot macchiato, and when I pulled up to the window, it was iced, and at that point, I just didn’t even say anything because I was already late to work.
