Came through , ordered 2 sour patch rebels iced. They were made incorrectly, came back through made it wrong again, went back through again they were extremely rude, they made it with green apple smoothie mix? I know what's made in it, as that's all we get, and this is the only location that makes it wrong. All the girls were really rude, we offered to pay for drinks just stated we wanted what we paid for. Never going to that one again, as the customer service wasn't there. All the other locations are great.

Waited 25 mins in line to reach the window (no exaggeration) and still had not ordered. How can Starbucks be as busy but you’re out in under 5 mins?! I was there getting a drink for a friend so thank goodness it’s not a normal stop for me but how many hours a year do people spend waiting in this madness? Time is more valuable than money and both wasted!

I ordered one drink and it was messed up. They made remade my drink, OG Grand Canyon, and it wasn’t what it is suppose to be. Let a lone second time around, it took two girls to make it and still tastes just like too much half and half. The guy said they could remake it again. They are wasteful, not knowing how to make coffee drinks. I declined the remake and said I would get it fixed somewhere else. Price was a bit more at the location. Not returning to this location. Besides they lost Wyatt who knew how to make drinks. 32nd and Bell Rd Dutch Bros is by far the best location, the workers know me and my kids orders and way friendlier.
I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff here and the work they put in! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I'm a regular visitor here as of late, gracing the place with my presence multiple times a week, and I've even got the auto-tip set up because, you know, I'm all about that generosity. But then, every single time, they ask if I want to tip more. (Picture this: you're buying a $5 drink and, feeling generous, you drop a dollar into the tip jar. As you're doing this, the teller catches your eye and asks, "Is a dollar the amount you're comfortable tipping, or would you like to add a bit more?") Honestly, it's like they're aiming for a world record in tipping expectations. A 30% tip for coffee? It's not just ridiculous, it's turning into a daily awkwardness competition. So, regrettably, I'll have to skip this location from now on. There's another one en route to my office anyway. All I want is a good, quick coffee without the added pressure of a teenage barista giving me a masterclass in guilt-tripping over an already overpriced drink. Also, a little side note about this morning: there were just two cars ahead of me, but somehow I ended up aging a year in a nine-minute wait. I finally got my drink and was ready to make my escape, only to find the car in front forming what seemed like a lifelong friendship with the window attendant. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate friendly service, but maybe we can save the deep and meaningful conversations for a less captive audience than those of us stuck in the drive-thru, just trying to get our coffee and go.

I had my first @dutchbroscoffee ever on Friday. @bman2298 had me try it. I had not had coffee in 41 days, so I was craving it, but this didn’t cut it for me. Not worth the price. I don’t know what all the hoopla is all about. #americana #coffee #dutchbros #dutchbroscoffee #phoenixJust for the record, It is much better than Starbucks. I’m not too fond of that place. #starbucksyuck #starbucksI was amazed that the girl could not give back change. The total was 13.19. We gave her 20.19, and she wanted to give us 8.00. I think I understand why people want a cashless society. So they don't need to know how to give change or count it back. So sad. We are not getting any wiser. #sadworld #teachlifeskills

I love how intelligent the young kids are that work here, there is definitely hope for the future of children. Nowadays there’s baby’s having babies and baby’s doing drugs playing with guns and I love coming here when I have doubts with mankind because when these young kids are genuinely happy and welcoming it reminds me that there are good people out there I.
