Yummy smoothies with so many options to choose from! I've tried cookies n cream, mint chocolate chip and strawberries and cream and they're all so good! I don't think you can go wrong with any flavor. My husband and I came to the re-grand opening and enjoyed some tacos and I got a new shirt and picked up some of our go to protein powder and preworkout! They have a lot of supplements to choose from and also have some meal prep meals to help you stay on track! The new owner Victor and his employees are super friendly every time we come in.

I go to a private gym down the street and I wanted a smoothie one day, saw this place on Yelp decided to give it a try and I've been going back days in a row for the gluten-free vanilla Almond joy. It is the best and the guy that works here is nice and usually always knows my order.

Wasted $7 on a shake I had to throw away because it was undrinkable. They have such a high staff turnover so their shakes are inconsistent. I will only go if the manager Jason is working. The rest is a sh!tshow.

I had a great experience here! I go to the gym at independence gym, which is in the same plaza and just a minute walk to Firebird. The place is very organized and bright and the smoothie menu is very easy to navigate. I didn't even get a chance to catch the name of the gentleman taking my order because I was rushing to go catch a flight. I got the mint chocolate cookie smoothie and it was delicious! I am pretty sure most of the smoothies have 30 g of protein, which is great!

Firebird Nutrition is my work go-to. Being a bariatric patient and an avid runner, having a great source for sustenance is important to me. Also important to me, is a law enforcement friendly business.Jason is working each time when I come in, and he always makes me the perfect, accurate shake. From the PB&J, to the Almond Joy and holiday creations, I have never been disappointed. The price is also quite reasonable for the quality shake you receive.I can also plan for my work week when I hadn't gotten a chance to prep at home. Firebird uses local kitchens to stock prepped meals and snacks. One of my favorites is the Feast Mode breakfast burrito. This thing is flavorful, filling, and often serves are TWO meals for me. Prepped foods are a bit pricier, but that's what we pay for quality and convenience.Firebird carries supplements, proteins, pre-work out, energy drinks and so much more! They were one of the first places to have the new Ghost Energy flavors, so it was great to have an "in" on the new goods. I get my snacks, such as Quest chips and cookies, as well as race aids (Gü, Honey Stingers, etc) here.Jason is the nicest dude, and is always knowledgeable and never weird when I come in uniform. Store hours on Google state that they’re open until 7pm on Sundays. I drove 5 miles out of my way to come here since my usual nutrition store was closed at the time. I arrived at Firebird Nutrition at 6:30pm and they were closed. If they’re going to close earlier than stated, or be closed entirely on Sundays, then they need to update their hours on Google. I suggested the edit on Google but it’s not my job to keep on top of their business hours.

Bomb smoothies. I love the peach & cream and the PB & banana. This is also where I get my vitamins and supplements. Though I do wish there were more options to choose from, it's just as good as One Stop Nutrition in my opinion. Great local business with super friendly staff.
