I ordered a turkey bacon and my son a turkey kids meal this afternoon. We both got sick from the food. He has diarrhea and I have nausea. The place didn't look very clean and the sandwiches looked like the ingredients weren't fresh. The long haired guy making the sandwiches wasn't wearing a hair net either. Who knows if his hands were clean? I know they said they had a rush earlier and it's hard to find good help but seriously, making people sick isn't the way to go.

Cassidy and clChance are always great. This location is huge and sandwiches made fresh to order. Don't forget that they donate to a lot of different fire departments in Arizona. I WOULD RECOMMEND

It's clear all the stock nonsense responses to the complaints on here mean nothing!!! End of January 2023 and nothings changed. First time I come here, I order at 12:30pm and it said ready by 12:45.... 12:45 I am still waiting and find they lost my ticket. Figured I'd give it one more shot few weeks later. I order at 12:10pm and it says 12:25. I know better so I show at 12:35..... it is not ready until 1pm. I could order an entire deep dish pizza and have it delivered faster than it takes them to make one sub. Workers don't even care. And it's clear whoever their leadership is doesn't either. Certainly do not intend to get more help. I can't wait for another BS stock response below my review. This place is horrible. Nobody should attend this location.

Very disappointing. I usually order from a location near my home, but stopped by this location when out running errands. I ordered the Pork & Slaw sandwich that is their big item at the moment because it was wonderful from another location. I took it home to eat it. Sandwich was very dry, dry meat and didn't have the slaw dressing it should have had. Cheese was missing. Mayo was missing. Pickle was missing. They were very slow despite having a full crew. I had to go up and ask when I'd have my meal because I waited so long. No ice in either machine. I won't be going to this location again. I wish I'd looked up the reviews first. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of other options in this area.

The workers there seem very incompetent and clueless! Apparently they don't work well with GrubHub. Very poor service!

You’ll have better luck getting your food faster at a nearby sit down restaurant than you will here. App is terrible, tried using a valid coupon code which it rejected and when giving the restaurant the code, they told me I need the paper coupon. So 1 Star is what you get for being petty and having awful service.

I'm going to give this place 2 stars because the service was horrible. I think I waiting for 1 sandwich for 23 minutes. My sandwich also didn't come with anything I asked for on it. The store itself was a solid 7/10 on cleanliness, and the tables and chairs were are so close together. The 2 boys working the counter and register could've been a little more lively. I've seen people in worse shape make more of an effort than they did today.

This was close to the office i was visiting. Sandwiches do take a little bit of time to get made but they were busy and got it out in a timely manner. Staff was friendly.

Horrible experience. They ran out of meatballs. They took my over order over the phone and then did not have it ready for me. They did not call to tell me why. Then I get there at 8pm and they close at 9pm but they chose to close at 8 so it was dark inside. I saw the guy inside and then he was angry that I asked him to still fill my order. I should have left but we had hungry kids in the car. The place was filthy too.I will never go back.
Recently the service at this franchise has gone downhill. I work about 2 minutes from this place and I eat here often. Today in my takeout order they placed a really cold cup of loaded potato soup. Cold to the touch. Don't know why that would be acceptable to put in the bag. Needless to say I will stop coming here.

A few weeks ago, I got a sandwich from this location, and the sandwich I got wasn't the one I ordered. I ordered a large hook and ladder(my favorite) and got a large hook and ladder, with 4 long red wavy hairs in it!! I was deeply disturbed and asked the tall man(which I assume whose beard hair was in my sandwich) to remake my sandwich and he said "ugh well, I guess I can". he walks off and proceeds to mutter things under his breath and I couldn't make out for sure, but I believe he called me a "stupid n***er". This was very unprofessional and I almost told him off, but I didn't want him to sabotage my second sandwich.
