Came here for my birthday and for the price the service was disappointing. We were seated and at least 10 minutes later a lady walks by and asks if we had been helped then about 5 minutes later a waiter came and introduced himself then after that a different waiter came and said he was taking over and then I had to give him my drink order again. So after sitting for probably 25 minutes I finally received a margarita. It took a little over an hour before we even received our order. The only reason this review is two stars is because when I took my grandma here for her birthday the service was exceptional. If the experience I had last night was my first experience here I wouldn’t have gone back.

The manager Rick was horrible and the food came so late after two hours of our arrival. The manager was afraid to come out. He had no empathy.

I had not been to Fleming in a long time and our night out did not disappoint! We had outstanding service from beginning to end. Our waitress Shelly was top notch and we were checked on by both managers. We ordered pork chop, filet mignon, scallops with sides of potatoes and Brussel sprouts. All cooked to perfection. Could not be any happier. DC Ranch atmosphere was beautiful - huge fireplace outside to sit and enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine.

We went to this particular Fleming's location this evening for dinner and the entire experience was excellent. The hostess couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming, and even came back to our table with rose petals since we were celebrating our anniversary. Jermaine, our server, was very attentive and provided great service. The bartender scored extra points as well. My husband ordered his favorite cocktail, an extra dirty Grey Goose martini with blue cheese olives, and according to him it was really well made with perfect proportions. And then there's the food. We ordered the Tomahawk Tuesday special, which included the filet mignon and New York strip steak, and we opted for Fleming's potatoes and asparagus for our sides, along with salad (for me), lobster bisque soup (for my husband) and dessert. Honestly, every last bit that we ate was absolutely delicious. It's not an inexpensive dinner - but was well worth it.It was a beautiful evening so we asked to be seated outside, which I would highly recommend if it's available. Plenty of room to move around and you're far enough away from other tables that lack of privacy isn't an issue. Can't say enough about our dining experience and would go back again in a heartbeat!

Flemings steakhouse is always dependable. Food quality is excellent and every dish does not disappoint.

Server messed up constantly, from giving everyone wrong drinks, to not listening to what was ordered for main course.Maybe he just started. Manager came over to check on us & ended up taking our bottle of wine off, we ordered with dinner. Otherwise, food was excellent!

Had reservations at 6 pm to celebrate an event and we were promptly seated and our server introduced himself shortly thereafter. The restaurant was not crowded at this time as there were lots of open tables everywhere. Ordered some cocktails and the calamari appetizer. Our drink glasses were empty but our server was no where to be seen. After quite some time he checked back with us to ask if we wanted to order our mains and finally noticed that our empty glasses. Our mains arrived - two filets and the lobster mashed potatoes, which were served lukewarm but returned to another server to be quickly remedied, because our server was not to be found again! After dinner we waited and waited for our server to reappear to give us our check but he never did. Had to ask the manager on duty for it. He never asked if everything was all right just handed us our bill. Mediocre food but poor service at this restaurant. There r a lot of other steakhouses in the Valley that provide exceptional food and great service! Visit any one of those instead of dining at Fleming's!

As noted in another survey, the service in the dining room was excellent. The food was great. An odd experience at the host desk created some tension for the evening. The hostess (blonde hair) was very put-off when I asked if they had a way for me to charge my phone. Ultimately, she told me that they had no way in the front, but she could take my phone to the back — which was fine, and I appreciated. Until she stuck her hand out and told me to give her my cord, which I didn't have. When I explained that I didn't have a cord, then she told me that she couldn't help me. Very strange to have such a routine request met with such curt behavior.

The quality of the whole experience was lacking. The food was average at best, in fact one of our steaks looked like a remnant piece. Service was adequate, however we had to call our server over for assistance rather than have her check in on us.

Service was awful terrible. Our waiter seemingly forgot about us on the patio multiple times. The service wouldn't have been acceptable at Denny's, much less a top steakhouse.
