Came here for pickup was supposed to be ready at 4 47 when i asked i was told a few minutes then 10 minutes later i asked again and they had an attitude because i interupted three employees conversation up front on the floor about nonsense was told 2 different stories, just bad staff and management, much better places to spend this much money. they treat you better at waffle house

OUR SERVER EMILY AND THE GM CONRAD MADE OUR EXPERIENCE THE BEST! We celebrated two birthdays and my sister in law was pregnant (conrad didn't know until after he dropped off the birthday champagne) he came back promptly with apple juice for our toast and that absolutely made our night! Emily made sure our food was hot and ready, checked on us often and made great conversation. Also thank you to our server assistant Kayla for keeping the bread coming!

If you are considering Flemmings, I would not recommend this location. Honestly, my experience here gives Flemmings a bad name. This is the first time I've eaten at this location. I usually go to the one in DC Ranch. The experience, food, ambiance, and service are not even close to being the same. This location has the feel of a hotel restaurant, subpar at best. Eating at the DC Ranch location has the high end experience you'd expect from a great steakhouse. Here, We waited over 15 minutes to be seated as the clearly confused hostess figured out where to put us despite having a reservation. We waited as we looked out at mostly empty restaurant with no seating to wait around. The steak was overcooked, the taste of the food, again, had the feel of hotel food, and the dessert.. We waited over 20 minutes to be served after the order was placed. Premade, refrigerated desserts that need no prep, ridiculous. By the time they arrived, we were ready to go. And to top it off, they were not worth the calories. The banana bread putting was terrible - terrible texture and flavor. The cheesecake itself wasnt too bad, but the sauce tasted like it came from a can. I am still shocked this is Flemmings. Again, it seems like a hotel restaurant using the Flemmings name. Just dont. Go elsewhere

We celebrated our anniversary at Peoria location. Great food, service was over the top perfect and beautiful restaurant. Every team member was gracious and on point. Their steak was mouthwatering and olive oil cake for dessert was ANAZINGLY yummy! Will highly recommend!!!!
We celebrated my husband birthday last night at this restaurant he ordered fish meal they brought it to him cold like out of the fridge cold and then after he requested to be heated he ate it but as soon we got home he start having altos of pain in his stomach and he spend the entire night throwing up he also had body aches until the morning ,,,, the rest of us we ate different food than him and we were fine

We went here on a Sunday, and it was very busy, but the service was excellent. The dinner was fantastic, and we got to sample various sides. The cesar salad was not my favorite, and the desserts were okay. I would return for a special occasion.
Excellent from the moment we stepped in the door! We were greated by the restaurant manager and two ladies who were so kind and attentive. We felt welcomed from that point on. Our server Karina was truly the sweetest, and made our experience the great one it was. She asked if we were celebrating anything special, and we were celebrating our anniversary. Briefly after giving that information, we were given a Happy Anniversary card with a beautiful dedication. ? We wete given a dessert of our choice, compliments of the restaurant and team! Thats is extra thoughtful! Karina shared a little bit of where she is from with us and it just felt beautiful to connect with her personally, and as well be treated with such attention and excellent customer service. We didn't catch everyone's name. The sound lady serving water and bread was such a sweetheart, and the gentleman who brought out our beverages was so very kind as well. I wish we knew everyone's name, that is how great the service was!The food was a delicacy. I can definitely see the pride, the chefs have for cooking. The steaks were cooked with excellence, the lobster tail was cooked to perfection. Every bite was heaven. We ordered the Chipotle Mac and Cheese and that was a treat a must try!The restaurant Manager Jonathan stopped by to check in on our dining experience and it showed how much he cares to ensure the guests are enjoying their dinner and experience. The level of attention was superior to other high-end restaurants we have visited. Flemmings is setting the bar high here in Scottsdale. Make sure you stop by!Our stay in Scottsdale is short, we will definitely make it a point to stop by again on our next visit. Party of 3, Tuesday night, 6:45 ... outdoor patio ... right by the fireplace ... By 7pm, it was just our patio. We had the TV off and the music was soft in the background, not at all overwhelming the atmosphere. Abraham & Kayla (sp?) I'm sorry I didn't ask how she spells it... were wonderful. Personality, knowledge, professionalism, knew the menu ... describes foods as savory, mellow ... not just that's good, I had that or I love that. Abraham knows one persons AMAZING is another persons "too garlicky" He also knew the menu inside out and how items were prepared. Kayla was spot on with service, always on top of what's coming, refills, excellent. Both being personable but not at all inserting themselves into any conversation. (although we were totally free that night just to chit chat about anything and nothing much. No business Tuesday! The food as usual was just wonderful... filling, yet wanting that one more bite. I am not sure we'll EVER make it to dessert. (well, we have but usually it's after we're home by then) Thinking next visit will be all small bites & appetizers. (Crab Cakes and Pork Belly are to die for .. or don't, just live to eat them again) just so we can have dessert on the patio. Abraham's service made us want to ask for him again & we sure hope Kayla will be there at the same time. She is terrific! But how lucky can ya get!? We had a very lovely evening, and as usual can't wait to go again ... I think I forgot to mention my phone number for my Flemings points... but I've been forgetting to do that for years! Not even sure what that's all about, we just go for the experience. Comfortable, classy, unpretentious... In fact this past September I planned an entire repast luncheon in the Maple Shade, NJ Flemings, that's how special they are. I knew they would do my family proud, and they did. Respectful, classy and everything as expected was wonderful especially the service. We enjoy Flemings, and it's not just the food that will matter when you want to dine out and have a sweet time. It's very much the atmosphere, and how you're treated. Abraham did it right! Thank you both!

WOW. i wish i could give this place 20 stars. by far the best experience we have had in fine dining. from the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by 3 very friendly hosts. they immediately pulled up our reservation and wished us a happy anniversary. they sat us at a beautiful clamshell booth next to the awesome open window kitchen. i was recommended an amazing chardonnay and my boyfriend had a great cocktail. the food was outstanding. caesar salsa was great and then my boyfriend and i had never had a tomahawk steak before and figured for our anniversary why not try it? just have to say this is probably the best steak we have ever had. the crispy bacon brussel sprouts and fleming's potatoes was beyond phenomenal. to top it off, the manager of the night brought us complimentary sparkling champagne to celebrate our special night. awhile our server, emily, was just the best! she was so accommodating and was very kind. i hope she gets a shoutout because she gave awesome service. and even surprised us with a cute little anniversary dessert. we will definitely be back in the future but just want to thank literally the kitchen, hostesses, the manager, and our waiter and other staff - you are all amazing! thank you for making this night so special for us.

Went to Fleming's for lunch to celebrate our birthdays while the kids were in school. The restaurant was very empty. Food was fantastic. We ordered tuna tartare and a Caesar salad for starters. 6oz filets in Cabernet sauce. Dessert were chocolate lava cake and banana fosters bread pudding. Service was amazing. Didn't quite catch her name but she was the only serve there for lunch on 2/23/2024. Will come back again.
