If I could give them a zero I would. To start out the manager, Kendra was the worst manager I have ever dealt with. We go to this location frequently and over the past few weeks we have seen a decline in good service and food. Tonight though, was the worst yet, and we will not be going back anytime soon. We ordered around 7pm and didnt get our food till around 8:40pm. This was the first try at them getting our food out right. Only one meal was correct out of our group. It was very obvious that they didnt even enter one of our meals. We also ordered a burger well done and it came out medium and the fries were cold. They took it back and then it took another 30 minutes to get the burger the correct way. When we got our bill they only comped one of the entrees. I thought this had to be a mistake as we waited over 2 hours to get our food. I asked to see the manager named Kendra and she proceeded to argue with me about the bill and told me I was lucky I didnt get charged for 2 burgers. She was extremely rude and raised her voice as she was arguing. She took our card and didnt give it back to us, our waitress did. By the way it took her over 10 minutes just to run the card. She also said everyone else had to wait for their food when we brought this up. There was only three of us and we ordered before a lot of larger groups and they got their food before we did. The manager really should have comped the whole bill, ran the card, and apologized to us. She tried to make herself the victim and make it our fault.

My family and I came in from out of town looking for a good sports bar vibe. Although that’s how it looks, the service was ungodly terrible. We only saw our server twice out of the whole time we were there. She never came back asking for refills or if we needed anything. She gave my father the wrong drink TWICE! And it wasn’t even that busy in there!! There was a hair in my fries AND we had to ask the hosts for boxes and our check bc our server was no where to be found! To top it all off we weren’t even given the happy hour price for our drinks, we were charged full even though we were fully within the happy hour time limit. What a terrible experience for someone out of town. Goldies, do better. Left such a bad taste in my mouth and that was the worst service I’ve ever received in my life.

Surprisingly it was almost full. We were a big group, went on Friday evening without any reservations. Got seated in about 30 mins.. also were given the option to meanwhile use upper gaming area. Food was good. Options available for vegetarians as well. Server was very patient while taking orders!! Good company, good food and good vibes!!! Hidden Gem!!

We just love coming here....... It's now our spot. My son was super disappointed he didn't come with us tonight but we brought him leftovers. Tonight we tried the veggie quesadilla - it was sooooo good. We can never get enough of the jalapeño sauce and ranch.

I have been going to this restaurant since I was in high school. Always has good bar food and drinks. I took my family here the other night and it was just ok. What turned me off was my tuna melt. My husband had some good wings and my two boys had chicken tenders and fries which were good too. I ended up sending the sandwich back and I did t have time to order anything else. The waitress was so wonderful that she happily removed my meal from the check and asked us to pick a dessert for free. That amazing customer service will have us returning again and again. I just know now to order something else lol.

This restaurant should not even be opened after tonight. The service is the worst and the manager on duty was useless. We had a large party come in and two of us didn't receive our meals after everyone was done eating was when they brought the last two out and they were not even the right orders. The manager did nothing and refused to take our meals off the bill. He offered me "15 dollars in Goldie's cash to use next time" but he refused to comp my meal. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. Don't ever go here they are a terrible business.

Seriously this place used to be the spot and it's NOT anymore. Horrible service horrible managers and horrible food. They need to close at this point. It's kinda sad what this place had turned into

If you like Zipps, then you'll love Goldie's Goldie's is located in the Scottsdale Ranch area on Via Linda and Mountain View (Shea and 96th are the closest major roads). This has been a favorite of my family's for years. We go to watch sports on one of the many tvs, and we've sat for hours with Goldie-ritas flowing. I have no idea how many midori or chambord Goldie-ritas I've had over the last 13 years.... but it's not enough, haha. Some of our fave apps: Artichoke with garlic mustard and butter dipping sauces Chicken skewers with honey mustard Pepperjack chicken rolls Toasted bleu cheese chips Corn dogs For entrees, you can't go wrong with any Foccacia wraps. They are iconic at Goldie's and Zipps, and they are all delicious! The Pepperjack is our go-to with both the sweet jalapeno dressing and ranch. Mmmmm Honestly, we are so full of apps, drinks, and foccacias that we never get dessert. If you make it that far... congrats.

Went on a Monday at 12:00 with my support dog. Requested to be seated on the patio, which was easily accommodated. Patio was empty with the exception of me and my dog. Waitress came and took my drink order. Five minutes later the manager came and told me we needed to leave if my dog wasn't a service animal. He asked me what service my dog provided; asked what the disability was, which is ILLEGAL. I left and will never be back. The patio and restaurant were empty. Kicking out after seating me and taking my drink order? Then asking me what service my animal provides? Really gross.

Not really sure what's going on with good old Goldies. Ever since their manager of many years, Heidi was either let go or quit, the place has gone downhill. This place is a hot mess most nights. I go there on a regular basis The kitchen takes forever to get food out and a lot of the time the order is incorrect. Many times the food comes out cold. The place needs a good kick in the ass. I also heard that the new manager is making these young college servers, spend one of their shifts a week washing dishes in the back. I can only imagine how much tip money that takes out of these kids pocket while they're trying to get through school. I know the ownership is competent and will probably get it worked out but, whoever's running the day today, is either very inexperienced, or just not good at their job.

server was actually very attentive and sweet but had a few mistakes on food and drink orders but was corrected immediately upon notice. we all make mistakes so i get it. great if you're wanting to go for sports. we came for the super bowl and were pleased because of the beer. the wings were really the only good thing we ate food wise that would be recorded. everything else was subpar. will be back for the wings

This was a nice find down Via Linda coming back from Mayo Clinic. Yes, it's a sports bar, many TV's. I had the half sandwich lunch combo, and it came with one of their chili's. I had a club sandwich and a bowl of regular chili, very good, and a large portion for $10. Not bad. My wife tried one of the pasta combos. Also a lot of food. We got out of there for under $40 with tip. Not bad for today's economy.
