Haagen Dazs ice cream is delicious. There's not a lot of flavor variety but the available flavors are very good. However, one scoop on a waffle cone is $10? Yikes. Got the pineapple/coconut and cookies/cream.

This is your typical ice cream store in Scottsdale. The outside looked more of a corporate office space than an ice cream parlor. I haven't had Haagen Dazs in a long time and was exhausted by walking around all day. There were only a couple of people inside. The staff was mostly walking around with not much to do. The prices were very high for ice cream. It was around $10 for a milkshake and $7 for a scoop. I guess you are paying for the high-quality ice cream but it seemed average to me. I ordered a milk shake to enjoy inside. It was nice at first but didn't seem to match the high prices. Later in the evening there was more traffic. A kids soccer team came in and took over most of the area. That was my sign to head out. It was cool for a quick stop but I don't think I would buy expensive high end ice cream again.

Pros: Delivery: I have had this ice cream delivered, and it is available via many delivery options, making it very convenient! It is packaged well and seems to fare well in delivery. Organized, attentive staff: Every request is properly made, and the staff are friendly and professional. Delicious flavors: Everything I have gotten at this haagen dazs is well worth it and so yummy. The flavors are strong and distinct! The caramel and banana ice cream in the picture is my personal favorite. Price: Haagen Dazs is typically not the cheapest ice cream option, however I feel that it is well worth it especially in the hot Arizona heat!

Store was clean, ice cream absolutely delicious, and very quick service. Price however was very expensive. Girl didn't pay attention and I didn't get what I asked for, but didn't realize until we had left. Thought my other flavor was under the first one. Would totally recommend, and we'll go back again. Next time however I will watch the wait staff a little more carefully.
