We were pleased with the food, it was very tasty, however the service was kind of bad. It took our server awhile to get to us, and they did not check on us very often, even just to refill water or take a drink order. A table sat 30 seconds before us had finished their food and left by the time we got our food. A table that ordered food 10 minutes after us also got their food before us. I like to visit here when I’m on vacation, but I think I will skip out next time and try a different place. Maybe I could get takeout, since the food was good.

The food is actually delicious. The banana split French toast was a great sharing dish. I got the Get Lucky Coctail, and I did not feel lucky. Took a few sips and left it. The service left a lot to be desired. We were out on the patio, and we brought a pup with us. At 1 o'clock, there were maybe 3 to 4 tables, but it took the waiter forever to come outside side and greet us. He didn't offer any recommendations and didn't offer to answer questions we may have had. Seriously, just an order taker, and that's fine, but the service was super slow. Being in the industry, unfortunately, the standard is set automatically. He may have been injured as he was limping and I can understand he need more time to be able to walk the distance between the patio and indoors but he was basically absent other then to bring our drinks and take our order. Three stars because the food was yummy minus the potatoes, they were not fresh. The drinks and lack of options left a lot to be desired, and service could have been way better.

The food portions were larger than I expected plenty of options to choose from. Mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar. Expect to wait the service was slow but the staff was nice. The atmosphere was vibing like a club, but I felt the music was too loud to have a good conversation without feeling like you needed to yell.

Great waiter and food!The music at 830 am on Friday was awful. Very loud and not geared towards the audience. Rap. Prince etc. Asked to have it turned lower and was told it was the way it was done on weekends.Is Hash Kitchen a disco or food establishment?Too bad!
There was a little accident with my meal, things happen! Our waiter Sam was very helpful and understanding! The manager Tyler was able to pay for our meal and make up for the mistake! Thank you! We will be back. Great good, great drinks. Great service. Food came out right away.

We had taken a trip here on our trip to Scottsdale and heard it was fantastic. It was solid for sure but a few things really tipped the scale. Might have been an off day for our wait staff as they consistently forgot items. we ordered the mimosa flight without the glitter. it came with and we paid for the glitter. i ordered Chilaquiles with the red chicken. it came with no chicken. we ordered over easy eggs and they were over hard. its tough being halfway through your food when the chicken comes out. we loved the music and even with the issues the food how it was was really good.
