Food was great, service was good. Atmosphere like a cafeteria.Vegetarian options: Took my daughter and her vegetarian friend. She was wary at first with "new food" but loved the vegan egg rolls and was ok with the non protein fresh rolls.
It's my spot when I'm in the mood for Vietnamese or just a light lunch.

Food 2/5 - Their shrimp eggrolls were great. Packed with juicy shrimp and made fresh to order! However, their pho was terrible. Broth was alright but I could tell they cut corners when making the broth - does not have that deep, "cooked for hours" taste. The noodles were choppy and all clumped together. They were def either pre cooked way before being served or they use old noodles. Zero chew to them. Just breaks off when trying to pick it up. Also no onion or cilantro with your pho order. Service 3/5 - Prompt service and she checked in on me here and there. Nothing crazy, but also wasn't rude or unfriendly. You have to pay at the counter at the end, which I wish I knew because I just sat there waiting for a while. All in all, mediocre experience.

I ate here and the girl right off the back with glasses was super rude. The food was okay but I've had better Pho closer to my house like Az Pho and grill but this place was on Tiktok so thought I'd try it. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. If their bathroom was so nasty and NO SOAP( by the way I got there when they just opened) and if the bathrooms look that nasty I can't imagine the back where they make the food.
The pho broth is so tasty, didn't need to add anything extra to it! The beef rib was big and really tender. The restaurant is clean, and there's plenty of parking. The only issue was the lady who kept coming back to remind us to pay while we were still eating.

Let me say that if you're just wanting Pho, then go here. The chicken Pho was good. Unlike some, the chicken was moist and flavorful. However, I would not recommend anything else. I got the Vietnamese wings and shrimp egg rolls. The egg rolls were old and I think the pick says everything about the wings. They were drowning in grease and were still dry and flavorless. I won't go back. Just pay a little more and go to pho 32.

Really good! Franchise in Phoenix, but everyone working at both locations in Scottsdale are Vietnamese. Had no idea what "Garlic Noodles" were, and it was delicious, just like the pic I posted here. So are the spring rolls (definitely prefers vrs the egg rolls). Pho is authentic. Love the amount, quality, flavor, selection, realness of all the menu choices.

Rare Beef and Brisket Pho $13.95...Portion Size 4/5 - proper portion size for price... nothing unique however.Onion 3.5/5 - not a lot of green onion on first glance but the green onions that were there were thick cut. Would have preferred more thin cuts.Meat 4/5 - tender meat with good amount.Noodles 5/5 - thin uncut noodles....good amount.Broth 4/5 - broth is good, just not great. Easily edible... just not memorable.Unlike their pork and rice dish. It is memorable. It was very very good. 4.5/5. Plenty of pork and a bigger cup of rice than most places. Veg included cucumber, tomato, and shredded pickled carrot. Highlight of the dish was the fried dried garlic and green onions on top of the pork. Probably one of the best pork and rice dishes going.As others have commented, the men's washroom is below standard and should be addressed.
