Takeout order was delivered right on time a didn’t disappoint starting with the handoff! The gentleman (not teenager) was right on time with my dinner. Beef with veggies in an incredible sauce. Veggies were so crisp! Little bags of fried wontons and the sauce madeMe simultaneously regret and regret ordering the crab Rangoon. Wonton soup wasn’t overly salt but just enough. Almost ordered pizza tonight but Jade Palace came highly recommended from a good friend who needs to pick tomorrow’s dinner as well, it seems Guessing you can’t go wrong here, folks. Enjoy! And thank you JP!

We really enjoyed Jade Palace as far as quality of food. The only thing used to be careful. Sometimes they put sugar in their main courses. I've been there twice now in the last two months and two times I've ordered tea two times. They said the machine is broken. There was a six week law between each visit so I'm curious why the owner does not replace that machine?

Best New York chinese for in Arizona ! There are different types of Chinese food . New York Chinese food is very different from others . The ambience is like a Michelin star restaurant . If you're looking for fast food Chinese don't go to Jade palace ! If you want a elegant real NYC Chinese food experience this is the place to go

The restaurant was nicely decorated. We had the Lychee martini and it was delicious. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Chow Fun and the Kung Pao were excellent. We will definitely return when in Scottsdale.

The best Chinese food in Scottsdale! Wonderful ambience and incredible service. Steph and Roman behind the bar are great hosts and make fantastic drinks. If you're lucky enough to encounter Leon, the owner, he is dedicated to insuring a memorable evening for you. Fried dumplings, bbq ribs, beef chow fun, fried tofu, chicken with vegetables, beef with broccoli- it is all excellent. Sauces are light and fresh, veggies always tender-crisp and the meats are succulent. We've been eating here for over 10 years and have never had a bad meal. Highly recommended!

This place never disappoints. It's been the same tasty food since it opened. Whether we dine-in or takeout, we keep coming back for their food.

We ordered 3 items and it was over priced but thought we'd give it a try anyway. What a mistake to order the Mongolian Beef. Never again. It was ALL veggies with hardly any meat. At $26 you'd expect more. Never again. Called to complain and no help at all. I'd stay away. Way overpriced for what you get. Very disappointed in this place

We had heard good things about Jade Palace. In our opinion it was overpriced($6 for 1 egg roll) and mediocre food. The bright spot was our waiter Alex. He was funny, engaging and on top of everything. We will not go back.

The Chicken Chow Mein and Chicken Lettuce Wraps were delicious. All of the entrees on the menu are excellent. Jade Palace is the best Chinese Restaurant in Scottsdale. Our Server Emma was excellent. Very attentive and helpful.

New York egg roll was fairly standard. We thought the Double Dragon (A platter of Sweet & Pungent Shrimp and Grand Marnier Shrimp) was very good and the beef Chow Fun, Dry Sautéed String Beans, and Mu Shu Pork were excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. The wine list had a number of very good options.

In my opinion this is the best Chinese food in the Valley. The server, Megan, was excellent and the restaurant was with great ambiance. Been going there for years and will continue to do so.

This place is awesome. Jade Palace reminds me of the Chinese restaurants I ate at growing up in New York in the 80's. You'll find plenty of delicious old-school favorites like egg drop soup, spring rolls, mu shu pork, and general Tso's chicken. Great ambience and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Just not as good as it used to be. The wonderful egg rolls had no pork or shrimp and seemed over cooked. The chicken in our entree was grisly. Second trip in a row we have been disappointed and they used to be our favorite spot.
