I went into jamba juice because I bought gift cards in December and got $5 bonus cards. You need to add the card to the app and I did not understand how. This sweet girl who I think was the manager explained everything to me and helped me. She was patient and helpful. I then went nextdoor to subway to use a free sandwich coupon because I had bought another gift card last month. I ordered my sandwich. The emailed bonus gift card did not work. So subway would not assist so I was walking out. This sweet person came in after me and saw I was leaving without my sandwich. She offered to buy it for me. I told her it was fine not a big deal. She insisted. Every business needs good hearted employees like this young lady. I wish I had gotten her name. She is a keeper.

Honestly a really great location. I’ve never had any issues and the staff are always great. Mickayla was my cashier about a week ago and she’s very helpful and courteous.

i love this place!! i always feel so good getting the extra Kale, protein and vitamins added to my smoothie! The customer service is always fast and friendly and it is a cool place to hang out and chat with other healthy people. Thanks for your awesome smoothies guys!!!!
Love the smoothies. SUPER disappointed that ”Jamba” no longer offers a variety of healthy juice shots to choose from. They no longer offer FRESH wheat grass shots that they cut and squeeze in front of you. [[ The ones in the little bottles that they have in the fridge are not nearly, or even close in taste or freshness.]]One of the workers explained that JAMBA is no longer (juice focused), and that the company is rebranding to “JAMBA” not “Jamba JUICE”Which is EXTREMELY disappointing to hear. As this is what made Jamba JUICE special/different as opposed to the other companies on the market offering healthy smoothies and food-drink selections.PLEASE BRING THE FRESH WHEAT GRASS SHOTS BACK
