My wife and I went for her Bday. Ordered thru AP. Order was made in a way she can’t eat.I went back next day, the nice employees suddenly looked panicked. No soultion, no remedy. Tried emailing thru corp NOTHING.I wish I didn’t live the sandwiches sooo much. I’d let it go but I can’t because it somehow really bummed my wife out.Gladly change this to 5 star if there is some remedy, we get mistakes happen.

One particular employee at this location deserves the highest praise for always being so pleasant and an absolute delight to deal with with her customers. Despite being as busy as can be and probably making hundreds of sandwiches a day, she manages to keep a smile on her face and is always super welcoming and friendly. She has got to be the hardest working person I know. Her name is Mia. Please be nice to her and treat her with respect when you visit this location. She’s a treasure!

Last night was served by David, Jeff and IsmailI have NEVER been met with such amazing service from a jersey mikes. They were kind, friendly, and took my order and prepared all the extras I asked for with a friendly face. I’m leaving this review so their manager can see and give them the props they deserve. A long hair in the sub, Yuxk! Employees were in slow motion, younger and unprofessional so can't expect much. Place was dirty should have known better.

In general we love Jersey Mike's but we've had serious issues with cleanliness at this location. I have seen the older gentleman use his cellphone with his gloves on, then shove something in his mouth, and then proceed to make ppl's sandwiches with the same gloves. At checkout, he still has the same gloves on and touches the screen. In fact I haven't seen anyone there change their gloves. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness of things that are not in plain sight. Additionally, the staff in general seems very unhappy to be there. The Jersey Mike's location in Cave Creek is excellent and clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend that location instead of this one.

The old guy that works in there isn't very friendly and can't get an order right. Some of the other staff are the same as him also. I will avoid this place in the future.

Ryan at this JM location was very helpful as we ordered for the Porsche Club Casino Night Fundraiser on April 1, 2023. Everything was fresh and ready to go, and it was well received by our guests. Ryan was also kind enough to donate some gift cards for our auction. Clearly, this store believes in customer service and community support. We will be back!
