Me and my Wife visited the restaurant on Valentine's Day dinner date. The ambiance is really good and very clean. the service was good as well. friendly staff is a plus point. the food was average, we ordered mutter panner, dal maharani, garlic roti, roti mango lassi and chai. roti and lassi were good but the veggies were not near good. mutter panner had big chunks of tomatoes in it. peas were not cooked properly. Daal was bit dry and missed flavors.

Not for someone with a North Indian taste. All curries cooked in the same tasteless gravy. Biryani was just fried rice.

Avoid, Avoid, AVOIDTerrible service, terrible food, expensive price!I love Indian food and have eaten in many Indian restaurants. The onion bhaji where over cooked and without onions. Truly terrible. The rice was minimal one small bowl for 3 main dishes and when asked for more they had to be reminded to bring it. But it came too late to be enjoyed with the meal.Service was just poor.4 beers, 2 appetizers, 3 mains and a Nann bread was $138 without tip. Expensive for what we received.Rob recommends: Don’t go here.

Excellent food and service, with very friendly owner. Conveniently located in Scottsdale mall.

The chicken curry was watered down, the chicken masala was better, the rice was not traditional basmati rice and not good. The garlic naan was cold and the portions were too small. Do you want to disappoint customers and get poor reviews? You are charging top dollar for these dishes so don’t water them down and hope that customers don’t notice. Also, the restaurant is not open for lunch. Please update your website as it advertises lunch specials. This is false. The atmosphere is nice but the restaurant was completely empty. Now we know why. These are easy fixes.

Food quality and taste has gone down in the last couple of visits. Food is runny and flavor has changed for thw worse. Service and ambiance is still good. Was our one of the favorite but now might be our last visit there as we will look for better indian food.
Visiting Scottsdale and dined here Xmas Eve. Mixed Kabobs were fabulous, as was the Saag, Malai Kofta and breads. Highly recommend.

Worst Indian restaurant I have ever dinned at. But I wouldn't call it dining. Had to send the food back twice and still could not eat it. Charged $44 (my half of the bill) for a meal I could not eat. Should have been comped the meal, but no. Expensive for unbeatable food. Do yourself a favor and eat any place else! Amviance? There was none. Service: sucked.

my favorite indian food spot, I can't find a better butter chicken or chicken tikka masala I swear. 10/10 with flavor and portion sizing. only thing I would ask is to add a dairy free option with coconut milk or something for those of us with dairy issues

My husband and I went here for dinner last night and we were highly impressed. The staff was attentive and friendly. We ordered vegetable samosas, aloo gobi, chicken malia kabobs, naan, and mango chutney. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I love that they also have a full bar, so I was able to enjoy some wine with dinner. Wish we lived closer to Scottdale because this would be our go to Indian restaurant.
I've enjoyed many Indian restaurants over the years of all sizes and shapes. This experience left me and my table partners wanting. Here, the quality and quantity of the lamb saag & chicken masala missed the mark. The chutneys served with the papadum were sparse and flat. And the service had to be approached. Finally, if you decide to dine here, prepare to pay much and receive little. Oh, and pass on the restroom...it was a mirror of disappointment. I wish the place success as their attitude is kind and welcoming. That, alone, is their saving grace.
