Ordered a Caprese Salami Pesto sub with no oil. It’s drenched in oil and there’s one drop of pesto. Called and the dude says “I saw it and it looked right” said he’d give me a $5 credit and hung up on me. The sandwich was $12. Sent multiple emails on 4-5-24 and no reponse yet.

We stopped here to take a sandwich to the ballpark. We got the Giant size. They were very accommodating in the preparation and wrapped the two halves separately and each half was also cut in half. The sandwich was able to feef the two of us for lunch and dinner. Lots of meat on it and the bread had a nice texture.

Jimmy John's has taken a nose dive straight down!!!Portions are smaller than ever,and prices keep going up. What's really disgraceful is the Reward points suck so bad,I haven't gotten a free sandwich since I signed up 3 yrs ago. No wonder the place is always empty. Go to Jersey Mike's and stay away from the cheapest chain in history!!! J J's stinks.Dietary restrictions: Nothing is worthy of any diet here. Shop anywhere but Jjs.

lazy sandwich makers. screw up almost every order. not fast. rude delivery drivers who refuse to deliver to door bcz they don’t understand directions or too lazy. rude customer service manager who couldn’t care less if the sandwich is made correctly or even delivered.
Stopped in for lunch, grabbed a lulu lettuce wrap and it was excellent. Wraps aren't always photogenic but it tasted great. Thanks Jimmy Johns team!

Am normally a big jimmy John's fan but this store really knows how to mess up a sandwich! I don't think my order has ever been correct at this location. Order a country club which is supposed to come with ham but when I got home with my sandwich there was no ham to be found. This store is a disgrace to the jimmy John's brand.
