The Service was inattentive. We asked for one dish to be wrapped up but it was thrown way. The food was good but not great. The music was too loud and made it difficult to talk and the food was expensive. I expected more at a Fairmont.

Our server Yuri, was exceptional, once again! She is one of our favourites! The food was excellent, as always, as we visit 4 times in our 3 months stay, each year, for the past 10 years! Our favourite authentic Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale! We brought 3 friends last week and they were 'blown away' with the ambience, food choices, detail to customer service and an overall unforgettable experience! See you soon!

We had a great birthday celebration for our daughter. Our server, Christine, was awesome. She did a great job, was very attentive and the food came out perfect. The fajitas and lobster tacos were awesome. We had both steak and chicken and they were great! The chocolate cake dessert was super decadent and wonderful. The drinks were delicious. Raymond does a great job managing La Hacienda as the staff, food and atmosphere are perfect. Thank you for a perfect birthday dinner!
This used to be my husband and I's favorite Mexican restaurant. The last time we went it was extremely busy and we took our daughter there for graduation and had had pretty mediocre at best service but it had been extremely busy so we decided to waive that off. I just took my friend who had flown in from out of town there and it was not busy. However, the service again was below average considering the price of the food. It's very disappointing. Too bad experiences in a row will now probably lead us to go elsewhere. The food was terrific, however they turned up the lights and clearly wanted us to leave and it was about 9:15 PM. I would think for a five star resort that would not be happening.

We stayed at the resort and dined during dinner. We ate at the bar but try to make a reservation, if possible. It was a very busy night but the bartenders were very attentive and our food came out promptly and correct. We all got some variation of the fajitas and enjoyed. We enjoyed the beverages as much!

This was the cutest restaurant. Food was incredible but try and not eat too much prior to because you’ll want to try all their items. I had the pineapple margarita and it was drool worthy. Great place for a group or date night.

We were entertaining guests from Argentina and Mexico and the interaction of the servers with them was superb. Flights of top tequila launched an evening that culminated with hotels of a delicious Mexican wine we had never heard of. The Team makes the Hacienda which we have been visiting for 20+ years special.
