I was extremely disappointed with the pizza at Little Caesars. Not only was the taste mediocre at best, but I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a mysterious hair cooked into my pizza. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my appetite. It's appalling to think about the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen that would allow something like that to happen. I will never be ordering from Little Caesars again and I urge others to be cautious when dining there.

It was such an unpleasant experience. The teen knew a friend of mine OUTSIDE of work, somehow she wanted to be disrespectful and decided to PURPOSELY burn my pizza, record me, and flip me off. save some time and don’t go horrible service.

trash. not only was it not ready on time & just sitting there. they don't have a fridge so don't expect cold soda. my pizza isn't even cut correctly. i genuinely should just drive back rn & ask for a total refund. actually i am. even the luke warm soda.

This place is very consistent at being a disappointing experience. It’s my own fault because I genuinely enjoy Little Caesars pizza, when cooked thoroughly and not undercooked and borderline raw. Unfortunately, undercooked and borderline raw (and sloppy and messy) is what the end product is when ordering at this location. And don’t bother specifying, you’re pizza will be wet with sauce regardless of requested preference. I beg whoever runs this location to do something (I’ve been stupidly ordering from this location for the last two years because when done right, which is almost NEVER at Hayden/Thomas, it’s really tasty). I won’t even bother giving this place one more try. I’ve given them one too many already.
Chauncey was working tonight when I randomly stopped in to get pizza :)There was a few people in the pizza place and he worked to get everyone’s order and stay updated on everything going on. The customer service was so friendly and communicative. The fellow employees also worked very well to get my food out asap.Great experience 10/10

My wife sent me to get her some cheesy bread and I ordered myself some wings. Arrived at the store at the specified pickup time, and the order was not ready. I was in a rush to get home so didn't check the content of what was given to me. Got home to find that my wings were MIA. Had to call the store for a refund. At least the manager recognized the mistake right away and refunded the order.

Jim is the most amazing worker! He was so amazing and helpful and kind! Even as they were about to close for a delivery and he was the only one there. Man deserves a raise! We need more workers like him! 5 star bc of JIM!
