Move over Red Devil Pizzeria, you've got some rare company. I am happy to say for those who live near Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak, you have a great Pizza place named Lorenzo's Pizzeria in your neighborhood. The service was excellent and the pizza was so good that my brother and I ordered an extra pizza to go after enjoying our dine-in Pizza. My brother and I have been reviewing pizza places throughout the valley for over 5 years.. Please see my other reviews. Anyway, now on to the good stuff... The Lorenzo's Pizza. The pizza was cooked to perfection with a zesty marinara sauce that makes the flavors on the pie come alive. Our server (Emily) was excellent as well. She came by our table serveral times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and to see if we needed anything. Lorenzo's Pizzeria has a great atmosphere and looks like they have great lunch specials (pizza by the slice etc..). And speaking of specials.. the price of a large pepperoni was a great deal especially for how good their pizza is. I definitely recommend folks to stop by Lorenzo's Pizzeria sometime to see how great Pizza can be.

First time picking up a doordash order and was told it wasn't ready. Truth was, they dragged their heels on putting 6 garlic knots in a box... the rest of the food was ready the whole time. Very unprofessional and I won't be delivering for them again, they don't deserve me.

I have been coming to this restaurant for 25+ years (before it was Lorenzo's). They have the best chicken wings in town! I love their medium sauce with a side of hot sauce to dip in. Order them extra crispy for the best flavor. The ambience is classic Italian restaurant and the service is always fast. Love this locally owned restaurant!

Lorenzo's is ok. It has its favorites. I think their pizza is dry and some items need work. But they seem to be pretty authentic. Prices could be better, but portions are pretty good so makes sense. Thru now have outside seating which I appreciate. They could use more ambiance. No music no extra effort.... but in the end, I think they are ok.

Enjoyed Pizza, knots, and a beer with my Dad at dinner time on December 28th. Lorenzo’s Team is always friendly and the pizza excellent. Alway good to see Lorenzo, himself, making pizza in the kitchen. I do recommend and will return in the future.

It's all about attitude. If you're content with entrees that are just average in taste and below average in presentation you would be very comfortable with being a cook at Lorenzo's Why not strive to exceed expectations it takes just a little caring and minimal effort I am not talking about pizza but rather the dinner entrees take the shrimp scampi a very simple staple in any Italian kitchen it was served to me with hardly any garlic/butter sauce no salt no pepper no hint of lemon and to top it off no fresh chopped parsley to garnish the completed dish why?? No hint of any white wine either because the cook doesn't care and the owner /management is AWOL I know it's just a local pizza joint but if you're offering entrees do it right otherwise stick to the pizza I was spoiled when Mr L owned the place especially his daughter was attentive to the way entrees were cooked and presented I complained about my white clam sauce tonight to the server no one from management spoke to me I would rate my entree tonight a 6 but with just a little extra effort and caring it could easily be an 8 I will still be coming to lorenzos and I hope someone in management will take this review to heart

Very confusing to order. Very small counter to order at. They have pasta, but nothing shows available. We asked, they had spaghetti.Next customers go sit down and then the food is delivered.the delivery is very mixed up. We ended up with an extra slice of pizza and garlic knobs. Next they walked over and tried to give us a basket of fries. We said not ours, but if no one wants them we'd take them. A few minutes later server came back and gave them to us.Pizza is ok. Just not my style.

Excited to share an updated review of one of our favorite spots. Lorenzo's brought in new ownership a while ago, and I was worried the quality would suffer. Nope. It's still great, and the service remains top notch. Their egg plant parm is excellent, and the pizza is our favorite in the Valley. Grab a pie or a calzone, watch the Suns or play a board game or whatever--makes for a perfect family evening. Love this little neighborhood pizzeria in North Scottsdale.
