Entire order wrong once I picked up & delivered despite side of pizza boxes marked with correct name! Waited 40 minutes after I called & was told order ready. Parking for take out a mess!

The butter crust pizza's and the malnati salad are always amazing. The spinach and cheese stuffed bread loaf is also top notch. Have never been disappointed, EVER with their food. I can see why they have 52 locations in Chicago! They truly demonstrate Teamwork.Even the management are delivering food to the tables and helping out. Constantly asking the various tables if their is anything they can do for them. Truly first class service!Vegetarian options: They will accommodate to whatever you want. First class customer service! The spinach and cheese loaf,and the veggie deep dish butter crust pizza were wonderful. They put the salami bits on the side for the malnati salad so our vegetarian friends could enjoy the salad also.

Just went in for a Doordash order. The ladies in the take out section were incredibly busy. They were professional the whole time, showed no sign of stress. Made jokes to make the atmosphere 100% better. Exceptional service. Didn't mind one but waiting awhile for my order. Loved the company!

This the worst Lou Malnati’s by far. I had an order to go, they messed up the order and the pizza did not taste fresh. It was garbage it ended in the trash! This location is not good!

Seated after a brief wait (8 minutes) --Loud - noisy-adequate menu selection-server was very nice and prompt- food came in decent- appetizer in 10 minutes - drinks came in good time-about - about 8 minutes-- wife's spaghetti was bland- no flavor - my bow tie pasta w/ spicy sausage was very very spicy-sort of over the top (to be fair, the waitress did caution me and even came by to see how I was doing with it. I said it is very spicy but I was going to eat some anyway. It literally burned my tongue. Prices are reasonable-- less than similar places. I don't think we would go there again.
