Flavorful food and Jeffery the floor manager was attentive to our needs.Music was too loud, tables were too close together, and Kenny, our server, was not timely. The dress code is not observed. Ball caps, t-shirts and females in spaghetti top with Daisey Duke cut off denim shorts...not appropriate. The restaurant is not as classy as they think they are. SAD!

I sent my aunt and uncle a gift card because I myself enjoy Mastros. Everything was great except for the waitress. They are not the type of people to make any kind of complaints but I feel that for the price and distance we have to travel to dine here, that we shouldn’t feel like we don’t belong. The waitress seemed to treat them different than the other tables around. While ordering the waitress was basically trying to talk them out of their selections. They got the distinct impression that she thought they couldn’t afford to dine there. Maybe them being the only brown people in the section had something to do with it. I’m not sure I’ll be willing to travel the distance next time because you didn’t make my family feel welcome.

I was in town for a business trip and decided to eat here for dinner. It was my first-time dining at this restaurant, and I had a divine experience. My waiter was very knowledgeable on not only the food selection, but also the wine selection. I knew I was going to have a great time from the moment I walked through the doors. The sultry ambiance, curious chandeliers, and dimmed lighting; sets the mood just right for a relaxing dinner or date night. There are plenty of tables, it may be loud at first, but it was worth it. Not even halfway through my meal, I went on the website to see if there were any locations in my city.

My husband and I dined here to celebrate our first anniversary on March 16th. This was my husbands first visit. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was very busy however; he had an assistant named Oscar and they were both very attentive. I normally have the filet, but last night we decided to order something different so we tried the 40oz Tomahawk. We ordered garlic mashed potatoes, a wedge salad, macaroni and cheese, a crab cake, shrimp cocktail, and a warm butter cake. Everything was amazing except our steak. We only had 1.5 hours for our dining experience otherwise we would have sent it back. We asked that it be sliced to share, and it was. The bone was charred, and frankly so was the Tomahawk. It was definitely prepared a little past well done and tasted burnt.Usually for special occasions restaurants will send out a special "item" to tables, not here.Overall, all of our other food was fantastic. We will definitely revisit, maybe try another location. At this price point, we just expected more of the Tomahawk. While the experience, ambience, and service was top tier from start to finish, spending almost $500 for dinner while the main entree was almost inedible, it's a little disappointing. Again, our other items were very delicious but spending $250 on an inedible steak is why I'm giving this two stars.Parking: Parking was no fuss due to an amazing valet service.

Mastro City Hall was awesome! Service was exceptional cannot be beat! The food was staged very well, not rushed. The sautéed shrimp appetizer was amazing. It is definitely a great spot to take a first date or your wife on a great, romantic dinner. I go to a lot of restaurants in Mastros is definitely on the top of my list

The service is always top notch. Some of our group had never been before and couldn't believe the live music wasn't being played from a radio station - she was amazing. We ordered two of the wagyu tomahawk steaks for the table and they were fantastic. The scalloped potatoes were a hit as well. We couldn't leave without having the famous butter cake to top it off!

Best Birthday Dinner! We like to dine in both the main dining room and bar. But last night we had a table in the bar and it was perfect! Great vibe - lots of people celebrating and enjoying a Saturday in Scottsdale! Our waitress was so awesome! Happy and attentive and making sure everything was perfect! Drinks are always sooo good - and the dirty martini is dangerous! ? A must is the shrimp cocktail - ?- absolutely the best in town! ? Both of our entrees were delicious: Tuna and Sea Bass were cooked to perfection! And of course the butter cake for the birthday dessert was sinful! ?? Thank you!

Although I was pleasantly surprised there was no men's attendant (it's always awkward), there was zero soap in any of the men's room sinks. I've been going to Mastro's for years, my two business associates got bone in steaks and loved them, I thought my 8 oz filet was a little on the fatty side and less favorable than my many previous visits. Sides also were a little lackluster than in the past. Our main server Darren did a great job!

A fantastic dinner to treat yourself to and people you love, or at least like. While it's generally above my price point for a dinner, it's a fun way to celebrate your anniversary or impress a date or just have a very nice dinner. They always make it a special experience and we will definitely be back.

What a cluster. Got a reservation for 7:45. Could barely make it to the front desk to check in which was at 7:36. 7:45 came and went. Could not get out of the way of the customers and waiters in the entrance. I check in at 8 and they said,” in a moment”. I checked again at 8:15 and they said, “few minutes.” Finally was seated at 8:20. So 35 mins of waiting with a reservation. The host walked us seemingly to our table but instead had us follow here around the restaurant, around the bar in a complete circle. We heard her asking people if they were us!! We told her we have been following her all over haha. Finally made it to our table. The service was really good when we finally sat down. The food was just okay. Oysters were great. My wife went to the bathroom and there was no TP.
