I was very upset they would serve their customers burned cold food. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal and my chicken was old and rubbery and the patty was way smaller than the bun I called 4x and their line remains busy for an hour now do not recommend this location not the first time they have gave me poor service but it will be they last sucks this is the closest location to me

Pick up was not ready after arriving 10 minutes after delivery driver was sent for. No personal to handle front cashier or pickup counter. Another ten minutes past still no food. Delivered driver left. Food delivered cold because of manager and owner incompetence.

The chick working the window at 10:45 pm Monday 4/15 needs to be fired. First she tells me my order is 32 when I said it was 24 and then she immediately fixed it. Then she said there was no ice tea so I said just remove from my bill but leaves and gets tea anyway...? And I ask for sweet and sour sauce and she charges me and I say it comes w the nuggets, and then said it was in the bag and when I got back there was no sauce. I get it it's just McDonald's but what a joke.

Absolutely terrible cooking. I ordered a Combo meal for an outlandish $12 and received what seemed to be a burger that had fallen off the griddle. Burnt and disgusting. Bad service. I threw it out. Disgusting.

This mcdonalds is a complete joke. Drive through line is always backed up to the point it's almost impossible to park. The employees clearly cant handle the workload nor can they properly make food the way its supposed to be. You just end up with either overcooked food or just a cold blob of what's supposed to be food.
