Went in at 7pm to get a Coke. Night manager was rude and no one was working the register. After 5 minutes of waiting for help i asked if anyone could help me and the manager rudely told me to wait a.minute.

Went to the machine to order to go. I would say it’s better to order with a person. It was confusing a bit and sometimes the prices are different in diff situations. As it asks you later on if u want sides, but I’d rather have it as a meal. Weird. Not as easy at it looks.

Ordered on the app, then, went through the drive thru. They didn't have the Hawaiian punch icee i ordered. The employee asked if I wanted another flavor. I did not. So, then, she asked if I wanted to wait 8 minutes. I could not and did not want to wait. I already paid through the app so choose the coke icee even though I also ordered a large coke. The last item in the order was a medium fries that were not good. You could tell they were old and were not hot. I wish I would have went to the location down the street.

This is a busy store in the McD's franchise but the staff handle the volume in stride and get the orders correct.If I'm in the area of this store and need refueling, I choose this store over the other options knowing they get it right.

My entire drive thru lane was ignored as multiple cars were served through the other lane. Eventually the people behind me gave up and backed out so I could back out as well. Terrible service, and couldn't even try the food. Literally the worst McDonald's experience possible.

Way to much "friend talking" instead of working. Manners need to be learned, customer service needs to be learned.
When you’re the only one standing inside a store full of employees and they can’t even acknowledge when you speak, what do you think the food is like? The service at this location is a joke. We walked out multiple times while being straight up ignored while making eye contact with the employees at this location before leaving this review. If they don’t want to help or acknowledge customers, maybe get an office job? It’s sad how bad this location has gotten in the last year. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

The lady refused to even take our order BEFORE THEY WERE CLOSED. lazy people can't even commit to the posted hours of operation. Rude staff, Do better! Trash employee. Curly haired female acting aggressive for no reason and blaming she's over it and ready to go home and no she won't help.

Didn't even make eye contact, didn't say a single word, just yanked my card and threw food at me. What is your deal? If you're miserable, I promise there's better jobs. Paying customers don't want to see your sour scowling face. Also, the bun was as hard as a rock. Everytime I go expecting decent service but this is mcdonalds we are talking about. The next time your employees here don't even say a word, they're getting called out. Horrible disgusting place.
