Friendly staff. Good food. Has a big patio and lots of seating indoors. Their ranch was really good-fries, chicken, pizza crust-we dipped almost everything in it.

Hubby and I stopped here after visiting the Hole In The Rock and Papago Park. Super convenient and a great choice. Tons of off street sparking (very nice and rare for a brewery). Tried an American light lager and a German pilsner - both were excellent. Ordered the pretzel (2) served with really good house made beer cheese and spicy mustard. We sat out on the patio and really enjoyed ourselves. Cool vibe, great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

After coming from the Chihuly exhibit at the Desert Botanical Garden, we looked on Yelp at places to eat. Gertrude’s at the Botanical Garden was #1 but had a 40-min wait and Fate was ranked #2 with no wait and only 1.5 miles. We were very happy with the pick! Plenty of tables inside and outside. It would be a great place to come during lunch, with co-workers, at dinner on a date, with a family, or even a casual business lunch. They had extensive beer on draft, a full bar, wine, cider, and a full menu. We picked several items recommended by the server. The Jess pizza was outstanding, enough for two ppl. We shared nachos between 4 of us, with a delicious queso, jalapeños, guacamole, sour cream, and chili. My sister had a huge battered chicken sandwich and my cousin had a grilled chicken sandwich. If we are back in town, we would come back.

Stopped in and had a couple beers at happy hour. Great little space with tasty beers! Would definitely come back again.

This was the first place we went when we landed in Scottsdale and it truly did not disappoint! From being out of town, this was such a pleasant experience for starting out our trip! All the food was amazing and the beer was great. Service was spectacular and attentive. When I come back to AZ I will 100% be stopping back in.

Stopped in after flying from the east coast. It was football Sunday. Many locals and others enjoying beer and food. We sampled a few with a flight and enjoyed the selection. Fate pours 3- 4oz pours with their flights so choose wisely. Lunch was great, prepared well and good portion size. Good mix on menu. A bit noisy when full, yet service was super attentive.

I have always enjoyed coming here, the beer is great. However, just returned after a couple of months and was very bummed about the new menu. I really enjoyed the variety on the old menu. I feel like they have more a brewery feel but with a very confused more upscale menu. I think at a place that sells mostly beer, they need to have a wider variety of more casual foods then they now offer. Not at all what I was looking for. I don't know if I will return.

Love fate brewery and their locations! They have great beer and amazing pizza!I know this one is a bistro, and smaller than the others, but totes wish they had the sticky fingers pizza. They do have some interesting menu items so be sure to check it out and the time before you go!

Horrible new menu. Look at all the recent reviews. They aren't lying. This place used to be good. Now they're trying to be something they're not. And it's failing. They're trying to take as much $ from us before they go down though. Something very weird is going on at this location. Do NOT support this money grab. Go to their other locations, all which have normal menus. Get it together guys. Your new direction SUCKS.

To the N Scottsdale location. This was one of our favorite places. We would go at least once per month for the past 4 years. Your frequent and most recent menu changes are awful. Please remember who you are, and what has drawn people to this location over the years.

Came here just for drinks! This place is a little small, not too lit up so it was a little tough to find at night! We came in because we wanted to try the bomb pop seltzer and it was out! But we got to have the prickly pear seltzer instead and it was slightly sweet and refreshing! We also got some beer samples. The hatch Chile one was very interesting. My husband got a half pour of an IPA and liked it. Our bartender was really nice and helpful! My husband said he liked how descriptive the beer menu was, helped him choose the perfect beer for him. We will definitely be back! Would like to try some food next time too.

I used to love coming here and I'd come most Thursday nights, but now looking at the menu I just can't justify the price. These are practically fine dining prices but at a bar. It's sad because I loved the staff and food but I will not be coming back unless things change. I guess all good things must come to an end eventually.

Try the chicken fries. I'm from South Carolina thought they were like Burger King but was pleasantly surprised to find out different!

We live only two miles from this place, but have started driving five times further to go to the south Scottsdale location. Used to love going for a pizza and a beer but now the menu is ridiculous. Feel bad for the people who have to work there.
