Ordered a sandwich that took 20 minutes to make and then was informed by the employee that she put mayonnaise on something that specifically said no mayonnaise and had to make the sandwich again and it would take 10 to 15 more minutes which means 30 minutes to make a sandwich no discount My option was refund or wait! Brought this up with Jeff the manager and Jeff and inform me that's about it! Contact your corporate and they notified me that this was not in the ways that they do business and that the employee and Jeff were out of line! Hopefully they will either fire or train Jeff and his employees of how to deal customer service!

I placed an order and waited 20 minutes for them to make a sandwich to find out that they did not have the capability of reading the ticket no mayonnaise meant no mayonnaise and I was informed that they were going to have to remake the sandwich which will take 10 to 15 minutes longer 30 minutes sandwich! At this point I had asked for either a discount on my next order and that was not going to be the case My option was to wait or get a refund! When I brought this up to Jeff the manager there same scenario you can be inconvenienced by this company and they will not give you anything for that inconvenience to bring you back to that store again! I contacted corporate and let them know of this and they said that was not the norm! Hopefully they will address Jeff the general manager there and fix things to have better customer service than what he and his employee have been doing all along which is not along the corporate guidelines of the Mr prickle's franchise!

So went back to Mr Pickle to give them a second chance! This time I ordered the Listen Linda, but went with the full sub to avoid issues. I have to say , this sub was very good and made perfectly. The cashier was friendly and made in a timely fashion. I recommend always getting a full sub! I take back my previous Subway comment! They totally redeemed themselves! Interested in trying the Goomba sandwich next!

I just downloaded the app and am a new customer, DO NOT GET DELIVERY!!! They use DoorDash for their deliveries and it’ll arrive a half hour to a hour late with nasty soggy bread, that’s if it arrives at all! I wound up having to pick it up myself since DD was taking ages. Next, I get home and order was wrong! So have to go back to the store and they make a corrected sandwich that was slopped together with no care or pride whatsoever. Bottom line, GO INSIDE AND ORDER or you’ll be sorry!

This was the first time coming to Mr. pickles; I was visiting the area today. I was trying to find something healthy and light, and I was very pleased with the food, the choices and the customer service. The young lady that took my order was so helpful; I was able to get just what I wanted.

We came in around 5:00 pm on 2/26. (Check schedule and see who it was) Two young people were there. They were very helpful with menu info and suggestions. Thanks to both of you! We were flying out of Scottsdale early next morning and wanted something for the plane ride. They were extra careful, wrapping our (cold) sandwiches and cut them in half so they would travel better. We chose packets of mayo & mustard in lieu of sauces that make bread soggy. We surely did enjoy our subs on the plane and will come back next year when we are in town. Sandwiches had plenty of meat, cheese, veggies. Fresh bread. Way better than most sub shops. Wish we had Mr. Pickles in Indianapolis. Delish.

Stopped into Mr.Pickle's while getting an oil change and was happy I did! I got the Mrs.Pickle's on Dutch crunch bread and my sandwich had a ton of flavor. The free cookie was a nice touch too. I only had a half of a sandwich because I knew I wouldn't finish the full and I thought it was the perfect size. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I'll definitely be back.
Probably my favorite sandwich shop now, excellent selections and very good fresh bread. Try the Dutch crunch for sure. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the only thing they have to drink from the fountain is sugar drinks. Soda and lemonade. The only tea they have is in a bottle and not fresh. If they had a good brewed tea or something fresh to drink that wasn't loaded with sugar that would ideal.

The only thing that had any flavor was the salt and vinegar chips. Even that flavor was off. The manager or franchise owner was there, and he literally asked everyone, except for me, how their meal was. "Good, OK, Not bad". Lies. Go to a real deli. I had the Cal's pastrami meal with chips, drink, and cookie, and that was just under $20. I won't be back, and I urge you not to go. The ambiance is very basic and surgical.

If you're considering eating here buyer beware. Twice I have ordered and received the wrong sandwich. Not to mention the website will change your pickup location without you knowing or approving if the location you originally picked was busy. The staff were nice enough and the store was clean but I can't figure out why they can never get my order right. By the way the sandwiches are tasty and the macaroni salad is bomb! But I want what I ordered!

Employees overwhelmed with internet orders. Took 20 min to get order. Heard staff say “dont answer phone, we cant take any more orders.”Owners need to hire more staff and pay them a good wage.
