Nekter has great service and easy ordering online. We ordered three smoothies and each one was excellent. They included an extra boost of protein and gingeroot. I placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I did not receive any notification when the order was ready; I went into the store at about 7 minutes and to my surprise, found my order was already made and waiting (don't get me wrong, I was happy to not have to wait even though I fully understood and expected to) however, it would have been nice to get some sort of notification!When I entered the store, there was not a single employee in sight, I had never been to this location and was not aware my order was sitting in the cooler for me to just retrieve and leave. After waiting a few minutes for an employee (that never showed up) I realized my order was made and in the cooler, so I just grabbed it, bagged it and left. Another gentleman was in line waiting to be served when I left, but still no employee(s). I'm not sure how long he waited before someone came out from the back.I rated 0 simply because I had zero interaction with anyone. The ordering process online was great except that you all inflate your prices for online orders even when using your own website and for a pick up order which is very unnecessary and in my opinion scamming like.

Came here on Father's Day, ordered the Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein, and the Mango Delight. Unfortunately, the peanut/chocolate was runny and tasted mostly of ice, and the same for the mango, couldn't really taste much of the mango or pineapple fruit, very disappointing. Also, there were 2 gentlemen working there that evening, the older one with dark hair was very rude and mean-spirited. Not a pleasant experience to be waited on by him. Maybe he was having a bad day. Hesitant to come back to this location.

Come here all the time since I moved here but this location is the worst. The employee was mad when I came back cause they made our order wrong. Then when they remade it was still wrong and the blended bowl had no flavor, didn't even look like it was supposed to. Too expensive to be rude and get the food wrong multiple times.
