Paid almost $20 for a slam that consisted of 1 egg, 3 strips of bacon, 5 home fries, and a massive portion of bland flavorless French toast. Would not recommend. Very overpriced for what they give you. Stick to a bagel & cream cheese.

The bagels are the real deal... not Einsteinian/Chompiesesque puffy bread. They are made fresh and kettle-boiled. Makes all the difference in the world. AND, they actually make a terrific egg bagel which is near and dear to my heart.

Had a great brunch with my pup Tele and a friend. I ordered the Egg a Bagel Pileup on Jalapeño Cheddar and it was delicious!Tele had the Dogitarian Veggie Meal. Upon grabbing seats on the patio two servers came over to greet us, one with a bowl of water for Tele.Great service and fantastic food!I only gave a 4 star for atmosphere due to the patio chairs being quite uncomfortable to sit in. (Won’t keep me away, but might need to ask for an indoor chair).

Pathetic service and food. Ordered a basic sandwich with specific veggies only. The waitress came with additional veggies that i didnt order when I said I didnt want those additional veggies she just removed those from the plate and served the same sandwich! Overpriced and undercooked and not even my order. No wonder the place was empty. Avoid this place if you want good service and food.

The potato pancake gets ZERO stars. It was like the ingredients had been dehydrated (normal and fine, common in potato products) but they didn't REhydrate it all the way, then cooked it, then overcooked it and burned it. Bitter, chewy, disgusting. Why would you serve that? The rest of the food wasn't spectacular enough to redeem this experience.

Food was ok nothing special. Definitely on the corporate side of quality. Service was friendly and attentive. Bagels were like getting em from the grocery store. Potato pancake was clearly pre cooked and reheated it had that old potato off flavor and that almost burnt flavor but everything else was tasty.
my boyfriend became very sick after eating a bagel and a bialy, and then the get 3 health code violations. very inconvenient timing. very disappointing too since this was our favorite bagel spot.

Bagel was good but the service was absolutely garbage. 1st the guy did not know how to operate the register and then finally they forgot about me. I stood there waiting for a bagel with cream cheese and after a while later they realized they forgot. I was expecting an I’m sorry, instead he just slid it down the counter and turned around when I was talking to him. First and last time going.
