If I could give the service a 0 I would. My family has been coming here for over 20 years. Today the experience was so bad and our server so rude we will never be back. We arrived about about 11:40 and sat down. The patio for the bar was full, but the restaurant had one table. About 10 minutes after we sat down and ordered drinks, another two people arrived and about ten minutes after that, 2 more. Our waitress walked by about 5 times during this period and never made eye contact or asked if we were ready to order, despite our menus being at the end of the table. At 12:15(30 min after arriving) she approached the most recent table to sit and began to take their order. We finally spoke up and said excuse me we've been waiting, and she snapped back rudely and said she was working alone. Ok? And you walked by numerous times without so much as asking or noticing we were trying to get your attention. My dad is 89 years old. We eat out together often. This was by far the rudest waitress and worst experience in a restaurant in years. Never coming back.

Used to really enjoy coming here with family and friends. Past several years noticed food and service has been going downhill. Didn't realize it was under new ownership until recently. Son still goes there frequently to be with his friends. Owner confiscated his ID and wouldn't return it after supposedly validating it but still claiming it was fake. This is his drivers license, which puts him in a bad position until he could retrieve it from the police when they open after the weekend, assuming the owner would give it to them in a reasonable time. So instead of waiting and hoping, we called the local police who said business owner has right to do so and that they don't typically come out, but did anyway because of how respectful he was on the phone (their words). The two policemen that arrived were professional and polite, talked to the owner, and were able to retrieve son's ID. So much for the theory of it being fake, which is a crime in AZ. Needless to say, won't be going back, owner is too unhinged. So many other places that are family friendly, have pool tables, good food, karaoke, and better management.

Wonderful experience & great food. Had a group of 18 friends meet here for lunch after a long bike ride on the green belt. Our server exceeded our expectations with her service & ability to provide separate checks.Highly recommended ?

Went there for dinner with my husband and my daughter later on we waited for the karaoke to start we were then kicked out a woman at the bar told me to get out so I took that as being extremely uncomfortable and racist and then I went outside and Nicole told my daughter to get off her chair. Mind you she’s six I’m very upset with the service at this place. I was threaten for no known reason our waitress came up to me and told me that’s how Nicole is. She’s very rudeLots of people say that they see people doing drugs in the restroom. Employees going to the restroom and not washing their hands. mice poop all over the bathroom corner floor and I believe that it’s because they leave the back door open so mice are going in and outSomeone stole my wallet from there and they asked us to leave with my six-year-old daughter when we have been going there for years and she has sang karaoke there after 9 o’clock
