I was in the area around lunchtime and as soon as I saw the NYPD sign and familiar exterior, I remembered how much I like this place and their pizza. I went in and said, “I’ll have a table for one.” Obviously I hadn’t been there for a while, haha, because now you order & pay at the front counter, fill your soda without waiting, and a good-looking guy brings the hot, melting pizza to your table.I loved that it felt more casual & relaxing. You even go and grab your own fork and knife which are napkin-wrapped. (That might have sounded weird to mention, but some places have the utensils out for other’s hands to handle. And while I’m on the subject, their restrooms were so perfect that they looked like they were cleaned after every person.) They most definitely cleaned the tables the moment that guests left.Back to the pizza, they have a lunch special which is 2 large slices of pizza with 1 topping and a soda for only $9.00.I didn’t have beer or wine, but I took a photo of the lists for you. A glass of wine is only $4.99 during happy hour. I’ve never tried any of their desserts, but my photo shows the 5 choices (between $7.00 to $8.00).So, the pizza was great, the place was relaxing, and as I headed out, the gentleman was there to ask how everything was, which left me with the feeling that they care & value their guests.

Outstanding as usual. I had a quick lunch and out the door. 2 delicious slices and a drink.

I ordered THIN crust but got hand tossed. I was given a 10% discount which I'm appreciative of but I don't like any kind of crust except thin so I scraped off the ingredients & didn't eat the crust. We'll be back as we LUV this place!

A few different times I've tried to call in an order with no response and their line eventually hangs up. Today I tried to make an order online and it says it's closed. All 3 times their business is open. Since they can't respond, I don't think they know how much business they could be losing.

Simply amazing Pizza and Wings. We have been here too many times over the past 5 years since we moved to Scottsdale. We support it 100%. I take my real estate clients here for dinner. Keep up the great work. Huge Fan!!!

used to be one of my favorite spots. now they are closed weekends - but their phone message doesn’t tell you that.also i just moved to new home, they tell me i’m outside their delivery range of 5 mi. google tells me i’m 4.1 mi awayi great restaurant concept ruined by pathetic management - what a shame

Good pizza but nothing special. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to go again, but it was a good meal.

We arrived at 5:45. Happy Hour Pitchers of beer were $11. Their draft beer dispenser was broken so no happy hour draft beer. You think the manager would have discounted us a bottle of beer, even just $1, but no - no can do. They should not have had the happy hour menu on the table. We left without ordering -- just on principle. In the past, the pizza has been good so we went to another location, on Pima, and loved that place - and they did actually discount our beverage even tho it was past 6 PM - and we did not have to ask. We will not return to this location again.

Place sucks! If I wanted to eat unborn baby's period blood, I'd still go there. Call the police?

The pizza is actually VERY good; however, PLEASE open the pizza box and CHECK IT, because the staff has repeatedly sent me home with ingredients I did not order. This seems to be a common problem with a few pizzerias (they do NOT listen to the customer's request.) Do NOT pay, before checking the pizza!

NYPD Pizza is so delicious! The crust is delicious and made with real NY tap water. We went to this location after my son had a half day from school. It was a mommy son date which we love. We sat immediately and then we were served water and my son got the lemonade. My son loved his lemonade and I really loved my water as it is also NY tap water. For an appetizer, we ordered the cheesy garlic knots which are DELICIOUS. They come with a side of marinara sauce and for $0.99 extra, you can also get a side of Alfredo. Worth it. Why? You dip the knot into the Alfredo and then the marinara. After we devoured that, we were served out lunch. My son got the kids menu item, cheese pizza bites. It's basically a slice (large) of cheese pizza cut into small pieces. He loves it and it's also made with the NY water mentioned above. I ordered the 2 lunch slices custom made with Italian sausage, black olives and ricotta cheese. Best pizza in the valley in my opinion! Also, our server Thor (I think that's his name) was extremely nice and he was very attentive and offered us great service during our visit. Thank you for the experience!

Like the food, but wouldn’t seat us at 4:45 on a Sunday. Said they were “closing at 6”. Why so early? (Google says 8pm), and it’s not going to take be over an hour to eat. Guess they don’t want the business. :/

Our server was in NYPD character from the start to the end of our dining experience. The antipasto salad was very good along with the bone-in "market price" wings. We also ordered fried zucchini (half size) and "Da Bomb" large pizza. The pizza was above average and even better the next day - leftovers. We would highly recommend this place for a great dine in experience with our "forgetaboutit" server.
