We were in town for Spring Break, and had just a wonderful experience at Picazzo's. We have family with food allergies and Celiac disease which is usually a huge concern when we dine out. The manager went out of his way to confirm at least once that certain foods were egg, nut, and gluten free and even had a special gluten free flatbread made to go with the scrumptious whipped ricotta appetizer. To boot, he took my wife's meal off the bill because the wrong meal was served. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. This goes for the manager and the waitstaff. Very well run restaurant!

My food came out cold. Server was very apologetic but everyone was finished with their meal before it came back to the table ....

The pizza is amazing! We ordered the appetizer was with apple, garlic, fig dip and cheese. The bread served with it was focaccia. It was ok my wife liked it. The price was a little high for the amount you get. Basically one slice of bread. Personally I wouldn’t get it again. Again the pizza is amazing and atmosphere is great. The service could be better.

Let me start by giving praise to our server Joey M (I'm fairly certain). This young gentleman was attentive, apologetic for wait times and professional. At the end of our meal, he informed us he had just finished training, which was surprising given how good he was.Love all the vegan options available and how good it all was. I was very pleased with the fungi pizza and the chicken piccatta. No complaints on that front.Would for sure come back next time we are in Phoenix!

I had lunch with a coworker today and we waited 45 min to get our food. We have enjoyed our lunches until today. We were told they are too busy, understaffed, and poorly trained. Well you don't have to worry about our business returning any time soon.

Dining at Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen was a delightful experience, especially for those who appreciate vegan options without compromising on taste. What stood out was Picazzo’s dedication to not just vegan options, but the clear focus on quality and flavor. It’s definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a satisfying plant-based meal that doesn’t skimp on the comforting essence of Italian cuisine. Whether you’re vegan or simply a lover of Italian food, Picazzo’s proves to be a culinary gem that caters to diverse dietary preferences without compromising on the authentic Italian dining experience.

My son loved his pizza and I thought the Athena quinoa bowl was fantastic. Service was great and the restaurant had a peaceful atmosphere.

The dinner salad was better than expected given the service and ambiance. The waiter was not knowledgeable about the menu. He forgot to give us silverware and napkins. Then he came to the table and asked if I had received my wine that I had ordered from him. All he had to do was look at the table to answer that one. The restroom was a disaster with paper on the floor around the toilet, washbasin and floor. The wastebasket was over flowing as well. I don't like to write a poor review, but maybe it will help improve.

Delicious gluten free crust. Most places just make your GF with a Udi crust which you can hardly chew, is small, and they usually up charge for it. Picazzos crust was soft, I even wondered if they had made a mistake and gave me a regular crust! They didn’t punish me for being gluten free by charging more! I also avoid garlic and onion since it really upsets my stomach. Their red sauce has garlic, but the Alfredo sauce was garlic free. I was able to create a garlic, onion and gluten free pizza! GF items are marked and they seem very careful about allergies/sensitivities.

The chicken parm was very delicious! I didn't even know it was all gluten free! And not drowning in cheese either. When I was first told that we were going to this restaurant I was skeptical but after having the white bean soup, the chicken parm, and a baked brie appetizer I have to say it was all outstanding and I would definitely come back here again.

The food was perfect but the service was terrible. We were standing at the entrance as if we were invisible and the girl's service was terrible. They never offered us a refill of our drinks.

Ordered pizza and wings as take-out so atmosphere rating is a bit unrealistic since I only got inside the front door to pick up my order but service was fast, polite, and friendly. Best if all the order was perfect - nothing missing. Food was great and prices were reasonable.
