So. today was my second time visiting Playa Bowls. Today, the service I received from "The Tuesday Girls" was second to none. All three greeted me with smiles. 1 of the young ladies even came outside before me leaving the parking lot to give me a card for savings. Monday service was less than Ehh. I considered never returning after the experience. However, "The Tuesday Girls" helped Playa Bowl gain a regular customer.

The BEST acai anywhere ever. I've visited locations in several states on the east coast and it always rocks. I will say the costumer service at this location LACKS! Food is great but the girls at the counter will just stare at you as if you are bothering them for trying to order. I come here often to do homework and get a bowl to eat and I can say that more often than not will I be met with bad attitude but honestly I don't care much because the acai is so good. WOOHOO!

I can't remember the last time I had worse customer service than when I stopped in at Playa Bowls yesterday. My god. How hard is it to greet? To acknowledge?? I walked in & was stared at the entire time... the only thing the cashier said to me was "it'll be right out". No hi, thanks, anything. Aside from horrible customer service, the juice I got was mid to say the least. Tasted really watered down. I was looking forward to really liking this place since it's right up the street from my spin classes but I will never visit another Playa Bowls again. Please work on customer service. That girls attitude was awful.

This place is the best. i am from the east coast and it's so nice to have a little taste of home in arizona. i drive over an hour just to come to this location because of how good it is. the customer service is always amazing, the staff are so sweet. the place is so clean and i love the aesthetic of it.
