I have only visited Poke Bar once, but they did not disappoint! The food is so fresh, and there are a lot of options when you create your poke bowl. The staff is helpful with helping you create your bowl, and they will also let you try samples of the poke before you choose which one you want in your bowl.

Japanese family-owned spot. Clean place and deliciously fresh sushi bowls. I’ve had sushi bowls for many years (30+) and this place is one of the best spots I visited. The price is good for the quality and the amount of food you get. Also, they have real wasabi, and their bowls come with a side of miso!! If that doesn’t tell you something, then you have no hope.Plus, everyone is very kind and respectful ??

Very good poke. Tuna was spiced well, the man serving is very kind, he clearly loves making his customers happy. Meal was balanced and the house spicy sauce was spot on. Highly recommend.

I've been to the Phoenix location a couple of times, so I decided to go to the Scottsdale one. Phoenix one loads up the bowl but , Scottsdale location, very, very tiny portions.

Summary: Service top notch. Ambience fresh and cosy. Food same as most other Poke places though they have their own mixed protein which I'm ambivalent on. They give out free MISO soup.If you want to customize your poke order (like me) then this is the place. They are always kind, patient and make changes suited to how you want your food. I for example like certain things not gloppy or coated with sauce such as my rice. They not only separated all this but also packed them such that they stay dry and pristine. This alone is the incentive to be a repeat customer even though the place is surrounded by other poke places
