My friends were talking about portillo's and how we should go there so we did today I got a cheeseburger that I should have thrown away from the first bite it was dry overdone The cheese was not melted The bacon was so dry that it just crumbled. My friends were like take it back and I reminded them that they just commented on the lack of caring that the staff seem to have so what was the point. Then at 12:10 pretty much the peak of lunch they closed the men's room for cleaning not a very opportune time to have the men's room closed. Doubt I'll be back anytime soon if at all.

First visit to Portillo's for us. Atmosphere is fun, employees were friendly, and the food was very fresh. The hotdog and burgers were excellent, made to order, but there was not a long wait to get the food. There is a lot of seating both inside and outside.
The cheese burger without the bun is delicious! The Greek salad with chicken was pretty bland though and the chicken was super dry.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free
