I had a pickup order today for my sandwich scheduled at 4:30. I went in and my sandwich was not made at 4:32. Normally my sandwich is made and ready to go when I do a pickup order. I was running on a tight schedule so I was a little disgruntled. I let them know that I was a little annoyed and the situation was addressed promptly.5 stars to the gal that helped me out and to the manager as well! The customer service was superb they apologized and made my sandwiches as fast as they could and I was on my way.The food also is always spot on! Thank you!

Loved it! Always have. Still do. The chicken pot pie soup was great- loved the flavor, the veggies, chicken and the little crust chunks on top. Loved my veggie sandwich. Guys were great too.

DO NOT EAT HERE! My husband and I ordered the exact same thing and we got severe food poisoning and it put us in the hospital. My mom got food poisoning from here beginning of this year also. Stay away if you don't want to get sick.

This may have been one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. I can’t even explain it, I just couldn’t get enough of it. It was well made, loaded, restaurant was nice, and the employee was friendly. Which there was a location near me.

Overall it was okay. The staff were very friendly and restaurant was clean. The sandwiches were just okay. The bread was fresh and flaky so that was nice. The contents were kind of bland. The chocolate shake was delicious

Don't eat here! I ate here months ago and I got sick from it. I threw up a few hours after eating here. The bread was stale and then I opened the sandwich and realized it had a hair in it. So I threw it out then I threw up a few hours after and had a headache which normally doesn't happen to me. I called and actually reported them to the health department and they interviewed me and said food poisoning only happens days after you eat something bad. Well I disagree! Everyone is different and when you have a high metabolism it doesn't. They basically didn't believe me at the health department so it was a waste of time calling. I don't know why these places claim to be so good or have such good ratings when in reality they are a health concern. I don't have a picture because it was so gross I just threw it out. I ordered the sandwich from DoorDash because I was leaving town and I didn't have time to do anything else. So don't waste your time or money here. I will never eat here again.

This location needs some serious work. The staff was clearly annoyed when taking our order. We felt rushed when we were the only ones in line and in the store. The chicken salad sandwich was very bland which I could get past but then I bit into a large piece of cartilage which made me throw 2/3rds of the sandwich away. The worst part of our experience, however, was the girl behind the counter with the almost 3" long finger nails handling food and her messy long blonde hair hanging down all over the place. She couldn't even put gloves on because her nails were so long. It was unsanitary and unsettling. There is no place for nails that long in food service and wear a hair net of pull your hair back tight. It's just wrong.
