Overall 5 star experience. Really great service from the bussers to the managers. The food speaks for itself. Take a look at these amazing three dishes. Also, I highly recommend the empanadas.

Food was ok. The service was really lacking. It took forever to get waited on, forever to get food and forever to get check. I was a guest at the zFour Seasons and tried this restaurant twice during my stay and it was the same both times.

It was my birthday this evening and this restaurant was mean. Not treated well. They - would not seat us even though we called .a head. They had said it would be fine even if we were local and not staying in the hotel.I am a big Four seasons patron across the country and world but probably not anymore - shame on you. Classless.Happy birthday to me regardless - no thanks to you Four Seasons Scottsdale.

Happily surprised by our recent experiences at Proof. It is an upscale hotel dining option and we expected the higher prices, but the choices, quality and service, as well as the great view, made a very pleasant evening. Very family friendly. Very good Old Fashioneds!

We had reservations for 5:30 for 4 people. We were not fed until 6:50. We told the waitress w had tickets for a show that began at 7:30. We had about 10 minutes to eat before we left.

I'm a fan of Four Seasons. They always have the best of service, but tonight was different. The food was terrific and the setting was beautiful, but the great service was absent. From the time we ordered the food until the food was placed on the table was 1 hour and 15 minutes. The reason stated by our kind server was - “it's a busy night.” Yet we were told that everyone dining tonight required a reservation...which we had. Our table was not the only one with slow food service...in fact, other tables were asking to speak to the Manager. It was surprising to not see the manager taking the initiative to visit tables to apologize. The servers seemed stressed over the whole ordeal and they started avoiding us, hesitating to make eye contact. I would go back for the food. Hopefully this was just a one night experience. The restaurant took the appetizer off our bill to apologize for the lack of service.

As always, Taylor provided very friendly and attentive service and the cocktails and food (baby back ribs and short ribs) were very flavorful and tasty. One guest proclaimed her short rib entree to be the best she has ever eaten. However, the kitchen was incredibly sloooooooooooooooooow. We waited too long for our entrees, but that was the first time we encountered such a long wait at Proof. Not sure what accounted for the delay last evening, but it presumably was a one off experience and will not deter us from returning to one of our favorite casual restaurants.

Good dinner but I wouldn't have called it a Valentine experience because you got a rose and couple of chocolates. Menu was basically the run of the mill for Proof. Service was good
5 stars because our server was so awesome! Don't recall his name but he was our server at 5:30pm on 2/9. Our server was the best we had in very long. Seems like haven't had excellent customer service like this in a long time. Food was great too! I had like 3 cups of earl grey and delicious Proof hamburger. Beautiful views and great place to relax. We did an early Valentine's dinner here.

Wonderful meal! The food is delicious. As a vegetarian, I was thankful to have multiple options. And the meat eaters in the group were equally happy. The staff was amazing. It was a lovely meal in a beautiful setting. Can't wait to go back!

Our server Taylor was excellent. She was friendly, professional, and attentive. I read a previous review on the pretzel knots. They were correct. They are one of the best things I have eaten. Our burger was great. The fresh were overcooked, but they immediately got fresh fries for us. We will be going back often.

Enjoyed excellent cocktails, wine and entrees -- baby back ribs were fork-soft, meaty and tasty. Good range of BBQ sauces. Looking forward to when they are available retail. Personable server who waited on us last year saw us and stopped by our table to visit. A very pleasurable evening, which has always been at experience at Proof.
