Unbelievable!! Worst sushi ever. Ahi tuna was so thin it couldn't be picked up with chop sticks, the dragon roll was pre-made, aged, & small. The food came out late and the wine we ordered was not delivered until 5 minutes after the meal. Whole experence was horrible. You can get better susi at any supermarket. This place is a tourist rip off. DON'T GO!!

This is probably one of the worse sushi restaurant I have tried. Not only the sushi is flavorless, the rice is mushy like oatmeal, the seafood is far from fresh, I was actually concern eating it and getting sick that night or the next day, the service is ok. There was trash under the table, food on the seat, fingerprints all over the entrance door. The price point is high and doesn't match the quality of the food or the restaurant's atmosphere.

Entrees were good, but appetizers and sushi were average at best. Restaurant was understaffed. Long wait times for food. Meals came out separately. Some at our table had finished eating before other's food had arrived. Acoustics were poor, making it very loud in the restaurant and hard to hold a conversation.

Very nice staff, from the woman who greeted us to the waitstaff. Their recommendations were spot on, and the food came quickly. We never felt rushed, however. Everything was very fresh. My husband‘s lunch order came with tempura, which we usually avoid at a restaurant we're not familiar with. We both agreed the tempura was clearly made in fresh oil at the right temperature, and we both enjoy it enjoyed it.

This is a good chain restaurant that is consistent. Hard-working staff and great customer service. I've been to a few locations when I didn't want to scout out the local top spot. It does feel like a chain, but it's good.
Really bad service. Our waiter Dustyn was not attentive and continued to get our food and check wrong for over an hour. It was stressful and just made our birthday party not feel great about the experience. Would not recommend coming to this location.Update: it’s been over an hour and we’re still waiting for him to get our check right… -_- I just wanna go home.

The service was horrible. We were not even brought wasabi or ginger and when asked it took 20 minutes to get it. Our server was aloof and we had to track him down when we needed him. Such a letdown.
Our experience was great with me and my wife and my niece the food was outstanding music was great will definitely be coming back service service was 4 1/2 five star all all in all great

The sushi was great. I loved the steak nigiri most, oddly but everything we ordered was delicious. We had a few specialty rolls as well as a rainbow roll. I had a sake sangria I really enjoyed. My friend got the sake flight and ended up with an extra taster because they poured something off menu also. I want to say service was good but we snuck in just before the rush and saw how busy our waitress ended up getting. She was on the move constantly covering a ton of tables. When it is super busy the time from order to delivery is a bit long but our "first round" when it was quieter did come out pretty timely.
