The ramen is so good and a great concept to build your own ramen bowl. The gyoza was also delicious. The staff were polite.Vegetarian options: Ramen options without a meat.

The ramen was really good and service was quick! It was fun to customize the bowl to everyone’s individual tastes and dietary needs.Dietary restrictions: As a vegetarian it was easy to customize to my needs. They also offered gluten free noodles.

Wonderful place, easy access on 101 and FLW, easy, visual automated ordering system, excellent Ramen, friendly efficient service. I highly recommend this place. My daughter and I go as often as we can. Poster child for comfort food.

We eat at RamenHood often. It was very hard to rate this restaurant. Obviously we like the food or we wouldn't keep coming back. Everything tastes great and is fresh from our experience. Here are my complaints:1) Cost. (Particularly with takeout..see #2). I wouldn't particularly complain about cost because when you dine in it ends up being 2 (or 3 small) meals for us, which makes it very affordable. But the seasoned boiled eggs (which are really good) cost an additional $2.00 and it isn't for seasoned boiled "eggs,"...It is only for ONE EGG! They have it twice on the toppings screen...so if you order it twice (purposely or accidentally) you pay $4.00 for 2 hard boiled eggs! Also the pork amount is way less than the chicken. I understand that pork may generally be more expensive (?), but there is way less. It would also be nice if you could get a combo of proteins...smaller amount of different ones.2) Takeout portions. You spend the same, but get probably about half of the amount of servings of broth, noodles, protein, and toppings. They need to get bigger serving containers for the broth and the toppings. If the amount of food is so much less, they should charge it that way. What we should do if we eat out is order it for dining in the restaurant and then bring in our own containers.

Ordered online for 45 min wait, checked in with staff and they said that the order wasn’t ready they go over to the counter with a whole set of the online order receipts off to the side. They didn’t even start on my order. They told me to wait 10 minutes for them to make it…. Not great when it’s a weekday and need to get back to work. also the fact that I had already planned around the 45min but then had to wait more.I liked this place and the order options. However, won’t be returning unless the staff gets trained.Biggest thing was they didn’t even apologize. Just said wait there for 10 minutes. Then they didn’t even have any urgency to the fact that it was already ordered an hour ago.

Amazing customer service! You come in and order on a tablet and pay at the register. It was $15 for a pretty large bowl. I recommend the spicy miso if you like spicy. The teriyaki chicken was good but you couldn’t taste it over the soup. Everything was a good flavor.

A nice place for a quick bowl of ramen. You order your ingredients through a menu, basically you customize your own bowl of ramen. From broth base, to all the sides. As mentioned earlier, this place was quick, we were in and out within 25 minutes.

I've come in 3 times in the past 2 weeks because the ramen is that DELICIOUS. I opt for the spicy miso broth (has a nice kick but not too spicy) with chicken. The portions are large, I always end up taking half home for dinner. My one complaint is my order had been made wrong 2/3 times, BUT the staff is extremely accommodating and corrected it quickly. Atmosphere is a tad dull unfortunately.
