Came here for my son's 17th bday had a party of 6 with a highchair making it 7. We were sat at a small table normally used for 4 but surrounded by 2 extra chairs and the high chair, so it was a little cramped. Food was good it seemed like everyone enjoyed their meals. Service could have been a little more timely. We came in at 6 and didn't leave til 8, only ordering entrees and a building that was mildly sat I would have expected a faster experience. Our server was very nice.

My eggant parm was dry and just lots of pasta. Terrible meal. No sauce the meal went straight to the garbage. Never again going to red lobster.

I haven't been to a red lobster in 20 years, so I was really looking forward to it. Sadly from the time we walked in it was a very disappointing experience. The waiter took our order and Mt drink order. I had to remind him I ordered a drink. When he brought our food I asked for some extra butter and sour cream, never got it and my side of broccoli was cold.I definitely won't be going back. Very disappointed

Our server, Ashley, made derogatory comments about our appearance, calling us 'ugly' and boasting that she was 'Miss USA'! ? But that wasn't even the worst part. Another server, an older blonde-haired lady who wore her hair up, was equally hostile and aggressive towards us. She would even instruct other staff to move paid customers from the bar, making it clear that our business wasn't valued. ? The combination of Ashley's cruel behavior and this lady's aggressive service made for a traumatic experience. We will never set foot in this Red Lobster again and urge others to think twice before supporting a business that allows such disrespect and discrimination. ? #RedLobster #PoorService #DisrespectfulStaff #ToxicEnvironment"

Served by some lady who clearly did not want to be there. People don't understand that energy rubs off on the people you are close to, especially if you're returning to the table again and again to serve them. If you aren't feeling emotionally or mentally ok, don't go to work imo. The atmosphere was sad because it seemed like no one wanted to be there and the only exciting thing was waiting to taste your delicious meal, seeing the bright colors and flair across the plate, only to find disappointment. The food was truly sad. The crab legs were tiny and the portions were small as well. The butter cheddar biscuits didn't even have that pop anymore, they tasted like 3 day old dry Popeye's biscuits if they were baked in the AZ sun while being misted by an athlete's foot water. I would say the only redeeming factor is memories of childhood birthdays being held there but even those memories were tarnished this last visit, just like the not so buttery, more rubbery, no cheddar, look a like dry bread, biscuits.
