Ordered the jasmine milk tea from the kiosk. Asked the cashier if they use real milk, they do not. They use a non-daory powder. Asked if they use real taro, they do not. They use a taro powder. My drink total was $7.25. I ordered Jasmine powdered non- dairy creamer with Boba . I felt ridiculous paying this price for what I was ordering, but I did it anyway because my favorite boba shop is in Tempe, easily another 20 minutes away. There really is good boba put there. One just needs to know where.Customer service is pretty much non existent here. My drink didn't even get called out. Giving 3 stars because it was clean and the actual boba was decent.

The employee who served me was so kind and patiently described all my best options and allowed me to sample five things, including popping boba, crystal boba, lychee, regular tapioca, and jasmine tea. I settled on a brown sugar milk tea in the end and a strawberry & lychee jasmine green tea with lychee jelly. After getting my order, the employee also invited me to ask her to make changes as necessary. Best boba customer service ever :)

It was ok. The brown sugar tea was not fresh. It came from the fridge in a container. We also got the watermelon cooler drink and it tasted like strawberry medicine. I do not recommend this place. Also the place next to the shop was a sushi restaurant and there was no one there. Only one person working at both place at one time. Also overpriced.

I wanted to stop somewhere for a treat on a very long drive. This was right off the 101 so I thought it would be a good place. The employee was super friendly. I ordered the pink blush. It was perfect! If I'm ever in the area I will stop again.

I didn't realize there was a Scottsdale location of this place, and my friend and I met here on a Friday evening. Pretty neat that it's next door to Pokitrition and owned by the same folks, I do love their sushi burritos.The young employee working was friendly and welcoming to us both. It was easy to order our drinks and pay on the kiosk. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba, 50% sugar and less ice. My friend got the mango peach green tea also with boba and less sweetness. I liked my drink although it was on the sweeter side, but the bobaista let us know if if we needed our drinks modified after she made them. My friend enjoyed her drink as well.We tried some ice cream flavors, I sampled the Vietnamese coffee and was surprised at its strong taste. It was good! May have to get some on a return visit. All in all, nice boba spot to have on this side of town.
I use to love Rewind so much! However now, I can tell the workers don't know how to make the drinks. Every time I get a drink it's completely different and not in a good way. They use to have amazing drinks that I would constantly crave. I usually get the Matcha drinks, but now it just taste like milk. The matcha taste isn't there or it just taste watery. Look at the difference in the recent drink I got versus the past ones & ones on their IG. Unfortunately I have tired over and over to try and get a good drink, but it's not the same.

Had a double ice cream scoop here and it was sooooo good! They serve unique flavors here unlike other places. I had the lavender ice cream - and loved it. That flavor was too floral for my husband. Instead, he liked the thai tea flavored ice cream - the perfect blend of tea and creamy. We also had their tasty drinks. I had the mango black tea which was refreshing! It reminds me of the Olive garden tea. My husband got the matcha strawberry latte and he loved that. It had a little bit of caffeine in from the matcha. The service was great! We had questions about the menu and the employee there was super helpful. They have self order kiosk stations which makes it easy for us to take our time to decide. We would definitely recommend and come back.

Love the boba here! The teas are so fresh and I love how customizable the drinks are. We've gone there every day while we are here in vacation. It's so refreshing in this heat! Id recommend the jasmine milk tea or the rose ? it's so good!

Delicious smoothies and wonderful ice cream! They even have vegan options that are hard to find. The coconut mango smoothie with an added scooof vanilla ice cream was a perfect treat in Arizonas hot summer. They have a wide selection of bobas and teas as well. Definitely my new go to spot!Vegetarian options: My vegan friend said the vegan ice cream tasted delicious.
