We dine her fairly often for date nights and have always had a great experience with service and food, however tonight was an exception. From the hostess to the end, it was an entirely different experience than we are accustomed to receiving. We had initially requested a booth in our reservation and our request was not honored, we requested the booth and said it was no problem to wait. They said it would be a long wait and we reiterated we did not mind waiting. They sat us back down and after only one minute they said a booth just opened up. Which was not possible for one to open up this quickly but we brushed it off. We received poor service from Amoree and the steak I received was undercooked and full of fat. This was not an experience I have ever had here and was so disappointed that nothing was done to even offer to repair this even though it was made clear I did not eat this and I was not happy. We also normally are checked on with management and that did not happen this time either. I will opt to go elsewhere next time and think before I suggest this choice anytime soon which is extremely disappointing. Steak 44 is our new favorite spot.
Was there for a work event. Food and service were great. Atmosphere would’ve been good for a 1:1 type thing but the private room was not good for work presentations. Loud, very hard to hear speakers. Bright, on the wrong side of the building for clear projection.

Absolutely horrible experience. Horrible customer service and literally ruined our night out. Brought out one meal, forgot to ring in 2nd meal then brought out other meal and had to wait 30 minutes to get original meal. Manager is horrible and avoid having Scott the server at all costs

We both experienced food poisoning from the lamb on April 8th, 2024. Called to report it to the restraunt and told them I wasn't looking to get a refund or anything but to ask them to look into it. The young man who answered seem very unconcerned. With tip we spent roughly $150 a person in order to suffer for the whole next day. Definitely don't intend to be back, and our had been semi regulars.

Matt was the name of the waiter he was very tentative to the table and our needs.The lamb chops weren't but my mind's eye was looking for but excellent this just the same. The filet was superb and the ribeye was one of the best I've had all in all my family and myself had an enjoyable experience.

Our server, Joe, was fantastic, including the crew that took care of drinks and food. Ruth's Chris Classic is reasonably priced. Ordered the house salad with ranch, 6 oz sirloin medium rare with 3 jumbo shrimp with melted butter and thyme. Creamed spinach on the side. 6 oz of Benton Lane Pinot Noir. Best steak I've ever had in my life!!! No joke!Everything was phenomenal up until there was a $533 unmet amount on our check. The event coordinator did not provide an amended contract when the birthday girl advised of headcount reduction. Some of us ordered food and beverage to go. Some people just gave money and left the venue. The event coordinator dropped the ball and not much was done the night of to fix the issue. Rather, we overpaid. I intended to pay $110 for my food and drink. I ended up buying a bottle of winebyjb for $64.Thanks!
