Placed an order on the app and come to pick it up 15/20 minutes later and it's still not ready? However drive thru line orders are being pushed out. That's ridiculous! The employees attitude doesn't help either. I will stay on Surprise where the service there is top notch everytime!!

Very disappointed. I saw my online order sitting waiting for me and others arriving later were served first. The avocado was half rotten and brown and the tomato cores were included. I got home and the dressing was missing. I called and was told they would provide me with my dressing. Thirty extra minutes dealing with bad service arriving late to provide what barely passes as a meal for an elderly relative.

I really like this place but they share a parking lot entrance with Discount Tire and they always have a line of people to the street. I tried mobile ordering but Salad and GO only has 3 or 4 parking spots and the lot is small. I drive a pickup truck and parking is hard. I have to pull in and face the person leaving the drive thru and back in to a spot. This keeps me from coming back, it's a hassle. After all that I got back to my office and I had my delicious salad and tea but the soup I ordered was not in the bag ☹️
So this is my 9th time stopping in for a breakfast burrito and the 9th time it is warm on the outside but cold on the inside. I’m not mad, at this point it’s like a game to see how many times I can go before I actually get a warm one

these reviews must be paid moles or cause I have yet to have a great experience. The morning team needs a revamp. I always order ahead and yet my food is never on time causing me to arrive late to work. My job is only 6 minutes away too. The breakfast portions is also very small. Like ?? They should take notes from the Fashion Square location. Theyre always very efficient and on time.

Really sad to share this but it seems recently the quality of this location has gone down hill extremely quickly. I have been going here almost daily for over 4 years. My office and house are only a block away. Within the last month I have received food I didn’t even end up eating because it was so bad. Wraps with basically nothing in them, breakfast burritos that are burnt, burritos that are cold where the cheese didn’t even begin to melt, etc. hopefully this is temporary because I really did love everything about this place. The photo I posted is a burrito I got where there was like a whole burnt tortilla rolled inside of my burrito I don’t even know how to explain it lol.
