Stopped in for a small lunch. A basic Ruben with a small drink and cookie was $17. Ridiculous! Food was ok, cookie was hard and gross. Charging $2.79 for a small drink is robbery.

It was our first time in today and won’t be the last :) I’m a little indecisive and the employee (Jonah, I believe) just waited patiently for us to decide. He was very friendly and helpful. He came up after our meal and joked with us about something too. The food was very good, but it’s the customer service that I would be back for. Jonah should be employee of the month.. just saying. Thanks for the treat!

Got a center of the roll Cinnabon in the drive thru and i saw it come right of the microwave into my hands. I was so excited as Cinnabon usually slaps but this one was not good and soggy. Drive thru attendant was very friendly and nice though.

I haven't been to a schlotzskys in 6 years and the food is absolutely delicious as I remember it to be!, great service and wonderful cute cashier, I believe his name was Adrian or Abraham, he certainly knows how to make a gal laugh hard.Thank you schlotzskys. Susan M.
Overall the food itself was pretty good. The sandwiches were freshly made. Obvs, the deli meats are not sliced in-house. It seems like they warm up the sandwiches after preparation. The first bite had a weird taste but soon after all the flavors blended well together. The place itself was pretty empty. The tables were clean. The service was amazing and the employees were very approachable.

I've been coming to this Schlotzsky's for many years. I used to make the 30-35 min drive every single Saturday. My experience has always been amazing with the staff, the manager Bobby, the food, & customer service. But ever since they got new management I've came 3 times now and my order is messed up every single time. Pretty frustrating driving that far for food and having your order wrong when you get down the road. The new staff members speak little to no English and are not understanding simple orders. They scream at your through the speaker in the drive through and repeat my order and it's still wrong after I drive off. The place used to be very well structured and my orders were never wrong. Super frustrating as I consider this place more than fast food. All I ask is the to get my order correct but seems to be difficult for the new staff.

Considering this is fast food basically, I am rating them a 5, in the arena of fast food. It's a bit pricey but you actually get a huge portion and the bread on the sandwiches are super fresh. It's relatively healthy too for fast food, and if I'm comparing them to other fast food deli sandwiches (like Subway) definitely choose this place instead!

In the last year I have been going at least once a month.Usually everything has been excellent.Only one order I got the Giant Original sandwich and the bread was stale and one edge was completely dry. Not fun finding this out when I am home already and open the wrapped sammy. Very disappointing trip.
