Scoop and Joy is fun and amazing! Their ice cream styles are my favorites now. My brother told me once to try this place because, according to him, Scoop and Joy have unusual and pretty delicious desserts, especially ice cream. I've been a big fan of ice cream my entire life, and this place is truly a heaven for me. It's so good and amazing! Can't wait for my next funnylicious ice cream!

As the only local ice cream spot close to my residence I beg you to not use Fabuloso cleaning solution.Every time I come in with the kids the place smells like cleaning products. I’m grateful your spot is clean , however there’s nothing like having ice cream with the overwhelming scent of Fabuloso to the point where you can almost taste it.Not healthy for employees either…You are not alone there’s a lot of establishments that overdo it on Fabuloso.

Service and Ice Cream was out of the world. The lady who waited on us was extremely kind and made the 5 of us welcomed and our grandchildren love the way she treated them. I may self owned an Ice Cream business years age back in Michigan. We had a nice chat and definitely will be back. They had Blue Moon, my favorite!!!!!!! Thanks for your great service.

I went here on Saturday night and was charged incorrectly. I asked for two scoops of ice cream in one cup and was charged for two individual cups of ice cream. I was told that my card would be refunded and she didn't ask for my card number, just dismissed me and told me it would be taken care of. Shocker, it wasn't!
I purchased a $7.00 Scoop and Joy birthday gift card. This is his second Scoop and Joy ice cream decorated making him one happy 7 year old.

Gf and I have been coming here for years every time we visited Scottsdale... It was so good that we moved here!.... OK maybe not, but we did move here and go here every chance we get now. The flavors are great, service is great, the portions too, and the surprise is a must. Bring kids here, they'll love the surprise, and if you don't have kids, come here and leave at the end feeling like one ?

This is a cute little intimate ice cream shop. They have a lot of different flavors. After tasting them all we got 3 scoops of one of the coconut, peanut butter, and one of the coffee-based creations. The two girls working there are friendly and nice. They also make the scoops into a "surprise" which is a little creation they do with different toppings. I would visit again.
