I saw an advertisement for their new KBBQ burger, so my husband and I went in before a movie. He got the KBBQ burger, and I got the Korean fried chicken sandwich. We shared the spicy KBBQ cheese fries. Let's start with the burger. There was literally nothing Korean about it. It looked nothing like the photo. And the KFC sandwich? I could get that off the $2 menu at Wendy's and dress it better than this. The website white kimchi slaw and fried onions of which I saw neither. BOTH sandwiches were TINY. And the fries were just tepid fries with gelatinous canned cheese sauce and red pepper. I'm still salty about paying over $40 for this terrible meal almost a month ago. Bonus star deduction for the filthy ladies room. Your Korean customers are disappointed, and you owe your partners in Korea an apology.

I don't get the fascination with this place. The burgers were bland, listless and unappealingly average. The Shakes are mediocre and the prices were high. The ambiance of the place is your basic utilitarian look like a hundred other joints. The service was OK, bland and basic like the burgers. There are better places with tastier fare at better prices around. I suggest you go to those place instead of Shake Shack.
We went to shake shack with high expectations because we have been in the past and have always enjoyed their burgers. Today, the bun was soggy and just not good. I ordered a chocolate strawberry shake, which I have had in the past and it was very good. Today it tasted like just chocolate. I asked them and they offered to remake it which they did, but still not good, and didn't have whip cream either time, which I asked for. The manager was very nice and tried to be accommodating, however the employee who brought it out to us was not very friendly. We will not be back to this location if at all!

Deli took great care of us helping to ensure our order was exactly to our liking, and this is easily the best shake shack we’ve been too.
