This place suck like for real I got the shrimp and grits I asked for no meat the first time it was perfect I tried getting it 3 more times and told them just shrimp and grits every time it had meat in it I haven’t eaten meat in 12 years so I got sick just from 1 bite I seriously hate this place and will never eat here again then the manager didn’t even offer to recook it or anything do y'all not understand how to follow directions the order literally said no meat just shrimp and grits now I’m literally sick again like smfh at this place

Let me start by saying we love snooze but This review is for Snooze Catering.The food delivery was fantastic..timely and the set up was perfect. The food was good, breakfast is a tough one to cater..but it was warm and fresh. Here’s where it went downhill..the portions. We ordered for 20 ppl and it was definitely not even close to being enough. It was over $500 and you would think we would have had a feast!! They had 5 large burritos that they cut in half (so only 10 ppl could have a half) small trey of eggs, small hash browns, one bowl of fruit, 10 pancakes and French toast. The other hostess and I were truly embarrassed. I called and thought they only sent enough for 10, but he said it was the right order. We only ended up having 14 ppl and it still fell short…really short.This was for a bridal brunch..so it wasn’t even for a group of 20 hearty eaters..but it was a special day, and the brunch was far from special.So disappointed.

Snooze gets an 8.5 out of 10. The food is fresh, tasty, unique if you want it to be but still has the standards. Prices are high but what's not these days. Only drawback was our service was very slow but the staff were very nice. Seems like they have too many tables to cover and when big groups all want to pay seperately (which they always do) servers can spend 10 minutes settling one table and let all their other tables wait. Probably sat for 25 minutes before our order was taken. If you have a lot of time, this is a great place. Didn't care for the floppy bacon.

It's been a while since I've been to Snooze! I usually steer clear because of the crazy long wait at the location that's nearest to me in San Diego, but we had no problem grabbing a table here (likely because it was a week day). Snooze has some of the best breakfast- hands down! My friend got the OMG French Toast which is a usual favorite of mine, but I decided to try out the miso rice bowl. It was packed with flavor and so so good! I added on tofu which was cooked to taste just like scrambled eggs. Honestly, one of those meals that makes you want to come back for more!

We called and asked about being pet friendly. The gal on the phone was super friendly and told us pets were allowed. The guy at the front door for seating was super friendly and was quick to get us a table on the patio with our dog. We were immediately greeted by Emily our waitress to welcome us and ask if we were ready for drinks. Service was prompt and friendly. Menu choices were abundant and had a choice for everyone. Service was impeccable and would recommend this place for anyone that wants good atmosphere, service and good vibe. Cheers

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The manager is kind of snobby and rude. The food for the price could be portion better not blaming the chef per se, but the companies should be adding more items with more stuff to them on the menu for the same price two loaves of French toast for $16 with a little bit of fruit is pretty expensive, so I think that's a portion size in the amount of food to be larger. The food taste good though can't complain the place always clean in a very nice area.

5 stars for the food, but unfortunately I have to give 3 stars for service. We got seated right away on a Friday morning, but it took almost 5 minutes for a server to drop by and take drink orders and then another 4-5 mins to get a cup of coffee plus a couple of waters. By the time we ordered our food and got our food, we'd been there for almost half hour.Food was delicious, though; shrimp and grits with a Cajun gravy was amazing. My wide loved the sweet potato on her with some semi sweet Sriracha sauce to pour over it. Bravacado toast was also very flavorful.Food is worth waiting for (it's that good), but plan on spending the morning there to enjoy it. From the time we walked in the door until we exited was over an hour and 20 minutes

Happy Mardi Gras fam! I went to Snooze for lunch today totally to be extra for Mardi Gras! I had a free pancake reward in the app so I wanted to use it before Lent. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancake and a vegetarian sweet potato smash. I absolutely love the sweet potato dish...now mind you! I am a regular at the Ahwatukee location. I only stopped here because it's close to the office. My pancake was totally burned! I didn't notice it until I got back to the office. I tried to scrape it off but ended up just throwing it out...so disappointing! But lesson learned! Sweet potato smash was delicious as usual but the whole point of my visit was getting a pancake on Mardi Gras! I won't be back.Vegetarian options: Absolutely delicious vegetarian options. They do not disappoint!Kid-friendliness: My grand babies love the pancake flights.

This place is a gem!! We are here for the WMPO and found this place online. We had the best breakfast I have ever had in a restaurant!! I had the chile verde Benedict and it is to die for. The hollandaise sauce was delicious.. I could have drank a glass of it. My boyfriend had the corn beef hash and he said it was the first made fresh he had ever had. The atmosphere is funky and friendly. This place is not to be missed!!
