The wait wasn't too long and the cashier was friendly. We ordered through the app and picked up at the window. My drink was wrong but, everything else was right. Tastes a bit off. I'll survive. Cute holiday cups.

I’m literally stuck in the drive through line for 30 min. I have never been stuck like this. I have an appointment and was 15 min early so I was like well I will go grab some coffee. I thought 15 min would be enough for what looked like a short line. I’ve now been in it for 30 min. I just called my appointment and now I’m probably going to have to get rescheduled. It was so hard to get my appointment, and I never considered I could get stuck in a Starbucks line for what will end up being 45 minutes plus. I think this is my final straw with Starbucks. There is much better coffee and service out there. Worst thing, once I do make it to the counter, I bet they will ask me for a tip on top of it….

It’s a busy little place with limited seating but the staff manages it well. They are friendly and efficient. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for atmosphere is because it is busy and I am tired. But it really is a great place.Dietary restrictions: A cheese stick and a pack of nuts is the way to go for me. Hit this location at a busy time. I was patient. I ordered a spinach breakfast wrap which came out in 10 minutes. This was ok. I also ordered a tall black coffee. I waited a full 10 minutes more; I asked a server if I could get my tall coffee, she unpleasantly retorted, "It's in the queue." I waited 5 more minutes (no kidding), I finally asked a gentleman at the cash register for the coffee, and he gave it to me. This location needs help!! Their queue system is bad. Can't I get a wrap and coffee at least nearly the approximate same time??? Go elsewhere if you want reasonable service. I was embarrassed for Starbucks.

I try to never leave anything but a 5 star as you can see from all my reviews, but this store does not deserve even a 1 star. If you can avoid it do not use this location. Horrible customer service and horrible shift manager who sets the standard of poor service quality with her attitude as well!!

Open times are never consistent. It's better to go to a different Starbucks if you can you like early morning coffee.

There's no more pandemic- put the darn creamer out for customers. When I asked for some, it was poured into my coffee, with nothing to mix it!!!. Danish was heated without asking. No garbage receptacle outside.

Great employees and atmosphere but incompetent management. Constantly running out of food items before noon. Management needs to order enough food for the whole day! If you want food, go to a different Starbucks because this one is unreliable.

Was in the drive through for a half hour. Staff was nice and the order was correct thoughI would have gone in store but my son had just come out of the hospital.

Ordered a hot chai tea and there was no chai in it, only hot milk. Hmmmm…$6.00 is quite a bit for a cup of hot milk.

I went to Starbucks this morning, and Luke in drive thru was amazing. Carried a conversation and just made my day. Very well mannered young man.
