I usually have decent experiences with Starbucks, but my recent visit was far from satisfactory. I placed a mobile order expecting it to streamline my morning routine, but it ended up doing quite the opposite. Despite the convenience promised by their app, I waited over 30 minutes for my order. It was disheartening to see that not all customers were treated equally; it seemed as though the staff prioritized their 'favorite' customers, attending to their orders out of sequence and leaving mine and several others languishing.What's more frustrating is the lack of communication. No one bothered to update me on the delay or explain why orders were being handled in such a haphazard manner. This lack of transparency and efficiency significantly impacted my day, as I rely on timely service, especially during busy mornings.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the store to improve their service, particularly for those who use the mobile order feature. It's disappointing to see a well-known brand fail to deliver on its promises of convenience and speed.

I am 99.99 percent certain, Starbucks has a Code of Conduct, which probably states, "Starbucks employees treat each other with courtesy, dignity and respect."Today at this location was anything but. It's a good bet that Peter Maslen, Jeanine Kennedy, Orin Smith and Mr. Howard Schultz would be very displeased on the performance of this store. This would not be happening at Mr. Schultz's Madison Park store, near Broadmoor. No excuses on how pathetic the SBUX location at 20553 N. Hayden has become.

This Starbucks used to be really good in the afternoons. Now it sucks. I was just in this location off Hayden & Thompson Peak Pkwy 12-23-23 at 3:45PM. I ordered two VENTI iced chai lattes with pumpkin sauce and oat milk. I got instead two GRANDE iced chai lattes with regular milk. That' NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I had first noticed when I got the grande chai lattes. Then I had them remake them. Then they handed me. Handed the exact same thing to in ventis. I asked for a refund. The dude claimed he told me they were out of oat milk. I told him. I'm not stupid. I wouldn't have ordered if they would've communicated correctly in the first place when they didn't to begin with.

I go to this Starbucks because it is closest to me, but after today’s experience NEVER again! I had a mobile order this morning and when I pulled in at the drive thru, I had to repeat EVERYTHING I said 3 or 4 times including my name to the lady. It is a mobile order, you already have what I ordered and should have been made by the time I pulled in!!!! They said they don’t have it and asked me if I ordered it from their store, I showed them the receipt which shows that I ordered from that place, and they gave me a grande drink instead of venti when I paid for a venti drink. I said I ordered a venti one, their response was “ohh- I thought you said grande!” I freaking mobile ordered the drink and repeated 4 times what I had ordered… That’s not a customer service I want to see. They said I have to pull around if I want it remade. I ordered ahead of time, waited at the drive thru and then you ask me to spend more TIME for your incompetent customer service??

Today I started my day with Starbucks like I do most days. This one no different than all the rest except … I arrived at Starbucks around 0745 and ordered a hot tall mocha latte with oat milk. The service was excellent. I sat outside and worked remotely on my work laptop while enjoying my daily cup of Starbucks. As the day began to warm up, I moved inside. After sitting inside for about 15 minutes a friendly face, Starbucks employee asked me can I get you anything? I responded no, I finished a cup of coffee this morning. Feeling pressured to have another cup of coffee … 10 minutes late I purchased an Iced Chai Tea latter with oat mile and cinnamon powder. The staff was very friendly but my ice chai tea had at least 2-3 teaspoons just sitting on the top of the drink. My mouth was full of cinnamon powder. I guess that was a joke and all I could do was laugh. Brady gets 5 stars for he’s best in class service. Renae gets 5 stars for her apology and willingness to get me a glass of water. When my drink was remade it was the same Venti cup and didn’t taste like an iced chai tea. It tasted just like oat milk with cinnamon.
I visited this SB in Scottsdale yesterday. There were normal people working there... no gauge earrings, pierced lips, nose rings, facial tattoos, eyebrow rings, or pastel colored hair.They were actually very welcoming and friendly.It was a pleasant visit!

Just moved here and started going to this Starbucks as it's near work. Everyone so far in the drive thru has been great but I have to give a shout out to Dawn! She had excellent customer service and really made getting my tea a little 'extra' nice. Thank you Dawn! Happy Mother's Day!

This Starbucks is located at a Fry's Marketplace In Scottsdale Exit 35 off 101. Arrived to early for PT. Great Atmosphere.As a Coffee Geek I ordered a cup with CinnamonLoaf . The staff is well trained. You can never go wrong!!

I absolutely love my neighborhood Starbucks at Thompson Peak and Hayden Blvd in North Scottsdale. The team is always so sweet and eager to take my order. Even when they're swamped with customers they still maintain their sweet disposition. The manager Renee is extremely personable and makes it her business to treat each customer like a family meme er. She addresses everyone by name and even tends to remember their orders! It's quite impressive. My usual go-to's are the lemon load cake and an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle. SO DELICIOUS!! If you're in the Greyhawk area be sure to pay them a visit!
