This place is always packed and though I can understand this can be stressful, given the fact this is an everyday occurrence, there should be a better staffing model. And the staff is borderline rude every single time. It makes me think twice about running in for a pick up order.And yes, great question, why continue to go if I don't like it? Well, I rarely do anymore but it's on the way and sometimes I just want egg bites.

Literally always take forever to make your drink regardless of mobile order or in store. I’m going to either go to black rock moving forward or drive 5 more minutes and go to the other Starbucks down the road, this is ridiculous.

Was a terrible experience pick up time was 10:21 waited 5 minuets asked for my order said it wasn't even at the location till I showed them my order then they started to make my drink but the pastries I ordered were just sitting there getting cold. Everything was done 10 minuets later. I observed everyone getting there drinks before me even though I ordered 15 minuets ago. Food was cold drinks were alright and experience poor.

I've said it before and I will say it again. Service is everything and this location lacks that! I don't want to hear about staffing issues because there are three people working which is adequate. Take care of those waiting. No excuse for a 10-15 minute wait. Your dining room is packed with standing, waiting people and people lined up all the way to the door to order. Serve them first, then online and mobile orders. It's not rocket science. No customer should walk out because you can't complete their order in a timely manner.

I can't wait to move out of Scottsdale only so that I don't have to fight the crowd of 15 years olds, in the Mobile line at this Starbucks, to get their iced coffee at 7am when I'm just trying to get to work. My recommendation - don't order on the Mobile app. Sounds quick but much quicker to just walk in and order because they are so backed up with mobile orders...
Horrible service and drink was made incorrectly. When asked to have no foam on my drink they said "that's not possible" when I've worked at Starbucks before and it's 100% possible.

The staff is very friendly and they always make my drink right. During rush hour times it can take a while for them to get your mobile order ready so keep that in mind - I usually order 20 minutes before I plan to pick it up if it’s a weekday morning between 6:30-9am.
