I really gotta stop coming here. The last 6 times they made my grande drink I ask for light ice since they fill the cup with 85% ice and 15% drink and I pay about $8 for 5 sips of a drink (my own fault thinking it will change). Literally gone by the time I get to my apt down the street. It's so frustrating and a waste of money since I feel like they deliberately fill the cup with more ice when I ask for light. First world problems, I know, but other locations actually listen when I ask for light ice. The workers are always nice though.

I live within walking distance to this location so I am there a lot. The staff has always been super sweet, accommodating and welcoming. Now when I walk in the manager greets me by name and somehow remembers what I order - I don't even remember what I order. I love coming here to work occasionally as well. The employees here really do make all the difference.

Zo needs a training on urgency. He’s the barista that’s supposed to be making drinks on the line and instead he stops completely and is chatting it up with a door dash driver about life while the rest of us stare waiting for him to get back to drinks!!! -__-

Love me some Starbies. This location: Fast service. Happy employees. Great spinach feta eggwhite wrap that is our fave fast breakfast when on the run. Nice views of the mountains outdoor seating. Parking: plenty
